I have been an avid Dutch Bros man since 2013 when I lived in Portland, OR. If you have ever been to one of the locations there (the Hillsborough location was the absolute best in my opinion) then you know that it is the absolute best experience you could ever have in your life. I have gone to your location about 10 times now, the kids inside are always more worried about dancing around and talking to each other than taking care of the customer. Each time I have gone I have ordered the same 2 drinks I have gotten for years and every single time I verify what it is I'm wanting and they ring me up and charge me and once I get to the window they hand me 2 drinks but they do not look like what I've gotten for years. I've asked them if I am ordering them wrong and they literally ignore my question and close the window on my face. I have also planned trips around the sticker launch and I will get to the window after watching them hand stickers to the car in front of me, I ask for a couple of the stickers (I collect them, I have stickers dating back 10 years) they tell me they are all out. The last 3 times I have pulled around and parked and walked over to watch and see if the hand more out and they do. I am an extremely nice person and clearly easily walked all over by your staff but I am fed up. When I come through and order two drinks and the total is nearly 15 bucks and I literally get out of my car and throw them away in your trashcan outside your store that's sad. 3 times I've asked to speak with a manager and have been given so many excuses but never have the situation solved. I am extremely upset!

I love this place normally, the people are generally very kind and give drinks out in a good time. However, on 01/06/25 at around 6PM, I arrived behind two cars and there appeared to be 3-4 workers in the building. After a few moments of not moving, someone in the store left and got back in the car at the window and we had to wait even longer for their drink to be made and for them to leave after receiving their drink. When I got to the window I got bad service from a blonde wavy haired girl that didn’t smile once or have anywhere near a nice tone when I was nothing but polite. This isn’t the first time a worker has clogged the line and stopped the working people inside from providing service to other customers. I’ve sat behind a worker for 5 minutes while waiting for them to get a single tea, the iPad gets passed into personal vehicles and handed back without getting sanitized after. Very unhappy with the unprofessionalism this shows and disappointed in the only coffee shop around here I actually like.

Coffee was awesome! Right temperature, fresh and ultimately served its purpose. The staff were extremely helpful, fun and knowledgeable. The muffin top was good but could have been delicious if it was warmed. I didn’t like eating a very cold refrigerated muffin with my hot coffee. Didn’t make sense to me, but nothing a microwave can’t fix. My advice since I was told you don’t have one, invest in a microwave! Otherwise until I know my muffin top can be warmed, I will definitely be back often for just coffee.

Lines move fast and coffee is amazing. But, this is my favorite coffee shop mainly because the people who work there. Won’t find a better group of people.

My wife stopped here in the drive thru to get coffee, paid, and then waited in line for 25 minutes while people behind her got their orders first. She asked for a refund but got ignored by all of the teenagers working. I had to call the call center for us to get a refund. Ridiculously bad service, even for a trainee.
