The wife and I drove from Owasso to eat an early dinner, got seated right way. Waited over 15 mins and nobody came to serve us. Three waiters walked by us. As leaving two ladies wish a happy day. I even walked to the bar and back. Saw multiple people standing around. I even raised my hand to get help, so we left and had dinner at Casa Tequila and was served right way.. and had a great dinner. And El Tequila only had five table at the time. We don’t eat the one in Owasso because fountain makes the restaurant smell bad and moldy

The food was very good, and the people who served me were very nice. I liked the atmosphere; the only and most unpleasant thing about it was the way the staff was treated. I saw one of the managers speak disrespectfully to the servers, I imagine because they made a mistake.

Please get people that understand English when they order then you might stop bringing the wrong orders. Very expensive place to have bad service. I left without eating or paying as they couldn't even get an order of 3 burritos right.
The server couldn't speak English worth a crap. That's fine I will take my business elsewhere where my money is appreciated more.

Use to love this spot but after waiting almost a hour for one palate and my daughter’s corn dog and fry’s is crazy! when the whole was place empty beside four other tables in the whole restaurant. Won’t be back

This restaurant used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I've been coming here for years. Lately the service is awful. The menu states one price and then you were charged a different price. I understand that price has changed, but your menu should reflect that or your server should inform you. The women's restroom smells like rotten eggs. I wish this place was as enjoyable as it has been in the past.

The food prices on the menu were lower than what we were charged. The meat was dry. They automatically add $1 for using credit card. Chips, queso and salsa were decent. Beans and rice were good.

We had a reservation but rhet said they didn't have it. We had a party of 12, we got drinks and some of the table got chips and salsa. I took well over an hour for our order to be taken. Will not return. Very short staffed and not friendly at all.

This is our family's favorite place when we want Mexican food. Great margaritas, great food, and great service every time. We also appreciate the consistency in the food, especially on the times we order food Togo. It's why we keep coming back.
