I absolutely love the way I feel every time I walk into Handmade . This is the best group of people I’ve ever met. 🤍 the manager Marcus is a phenomenal human being. Love this place!

Stopped in today looking for a spot to work and grab a good and not too expensive coffee. The place is bright, clean, with plenty of seating without feeling cramped. Jackson (sp?) recommended his favorite and it was so good, sorry, I don’t remember exactly what it was, but it was tasty and not too sweet. I also spoke with Sage about event hosting and booking their meeting room. Both employees were open, inviting, and seemed eager to answer all my questions. Everything about this place was pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming. I would highly recommend Handmade to anyone who finds themselves in the area. I’ll become a regular around here for sure.

The sign outside sad bakery, cafe so we decided to try it . It is more bakery than cafe . Hand a sandwich and some soup the sandwich was very good , the soup was ok but it was cold not ever warm. Took about 25 minutes to get or food and there wasn't but a few people. Don't think I will return.

Very cute bakery with a lot of options and a great place to study. I like that they have a lot of local owned products from the farmers market. Only complaint about that is that there are no price stickers on half of the items and at checkout they're kinda expensive.
Food is hit and miss. I got a caperese salad in the past and loved it but when I got it again there was very little cheese on it and my tomatoes had frozen ice crystals on it from the freezer. The desserts are pretty good--they have homemade pop tarts and I would give the pumpkin one five stars if I could. The coffee is pretty expensive but I know that they use a lot of local, organic ingredients so that might be where the uncharge comes from. Also, the place is very kid friendly. There is a kid area up the stairs so they have their own space.

I came out of town for a small road trip and wanted to try new spots, came here and customer service wasn’t the best, they got everyone’s order out first and we had to go up to the counter to ask for ours. Sweets were really good though.

Went to Handmade in BA for the first time today. Saturday early afternoon and it was not busy. It took 30 minutes to get a panini and a salad. The food was ok. Not great. We bought a cookie, brownie and chocolate chip banana bread to go. The cookie was heavy and had zero flavor (didn't think that was possible). The brownie was thin, stale & dry. The banana bread was dense and packed flavor. The atmosphere is great, very chill. But on a lazy Saturday it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get food, and the food quality was subpar. Probably not going back.

I want to give Handmade and Mariah a shout out for being awesome! The two times I’ve been I had amazing chai and the caramel cupcakes are the best store bought cupcakes I’ve ever had. I usually don’t eat the frosting but theirs is SO GOOD! The frosting is creamy but not too sweet. Both good experiences, but today they really went above and beyond. I called because I couldn’t remember if they offered a drive pick up as I had my toddler and baby with me and I was hoping not to drag my kids in for a to go order. They don’t offer a drive pick up, but Mariah was so kind to offer to bring it to my car as I explained my situation. She took my to go order over the phone and brought it to my car. I wanted to bless a friend that had a baby with her favorite coffee from her favorite coffee shop and I was blessed by Mariah’s kindness in the process. Thank you for your exceptional customer service that is hard to find anymore. Oh and the Cinnamon Vanilla Chai and Pumpkin Pop Tart from their fall menu I got for myself were delicious! Definitely recommend!!! Keep the good work Handmade!

This is a really cool spot. You can buy local meat here. It’s really pretty inside. I was surprised to see how filthy the kids play area is. It looks as if none of the stuff has ever been cleaned. I hope someone sees this and cleans the play furniture and toys.

The pastries and coffees are hit and miss. The pastries being quite dense at times and coffee having to much milk. I found it odd that they don't have sleeves for their hot drinks, I had to wait for mine to cool off before enjoying. The atmosphere is comfortable.
**The gluten free/dairy free pumpkin bread was good and the pumpkin spice hot coffee that I got today.

I was searching for a healthy lunch spot and Handmade popped up! I love that it’s organic, no inflammatory oils, and everything is so fresh. The turkey panini was amazing as well as the tarts and the macaroons! Will definitely be returning!!!!
