Horrible curbside service. Ordered earlier in the day for pickup at 445pm. After 30 minutes of watching other come and go with their, I finally got a servers attention. She went in and found my order .. cold. If I could have received a refund and gone so another place. I wish I could take my tip back. Next time I want a little upscale pizza, I'll be going to Andolini's. Never a disappointment there.

On the afternoon of October 25th, my husband and I decided to have lunch at Hideaway Pizza in Broken Arrow. Weâve been loyal customers of Hideaway Pizza, frequently visiting various locations, but this experience was beyond disappointing. Upon arrival, the waitress seemed disinterested and had an attitude that suggested she didnât want to be there. Despite this, we placed our usual order: a cauliflower pizza for me and a medium pizza for my husband. We know the prices well, as we order these items frequently. When the bill arrived, we were shocked to see that my cauliflower pizza was charged at approximately $18.00 instead of the usual $13 and some change. My husband, a retired Army Officer, pointed out the discrepancy to the waitress, showing her the correct price on the menu. We also mentioned that we are tax-exempt, presenting our Oklahoma tax-exempt card and military IDs. I am also a Army Veteran. The waitressâs response was dismissive and nonchalant. She reluctantly went to get the manager. When the manager arrived, he shrugged his shoulders as my husband explained the discrepancy, giving the impression of âWhat do you want me to do about it?â This dismissive attitude left us feeling undervalued and frustrated. As military veterans, we expect a certain level of respect and accuracy, which was sorely lacking in this visit. This experience completely ruined the happiness and joy we felt when we first entered the facility. What should have been a pleasant lunch turned into a very unpleasant experience. Though Hideaway Pizza is usually a nice place to eat, this visit ruined it for us. We are so frustrated by this experience that we plan to inform all our friends in the Veteran community and strongly advise them to avoid this location due to the unacceptable service we received. There needs to be some serious retraining in customer service and management at this location. I usually donât write reviews, but I couldnât let this go. It feels like customer service has just gone out the window. What is happening in the world today? I made a mistake when placing my online order and didn't notice the mistake until I arrived to pick it up. Josh was the manager that was in the To-Go section and he saved me!! He happily helped me correct my mistake and I cannot thank him enough! He was very understanding, professional, and friendly! He is the Hideaway MVP!

The food is always exceptional. Service isn't bad but it's lacking on consistency. Seems like each time we go in there's something messed up or forgotten. It's always fixed with a smile but it shouldn't be happening at all, or at least not every time. I love their stuffed mushrooms. Best ever! Da Bomb pizza is an interesting combo that works and is delicious!

We had just finished shopping in the area and it was getting a little late and we decided to give Hideaway a try. I was surprised by how good the pizza was! We got the ATW and fried mushrooms. If you want good pizza come here! Thanks!
