I just thought whoever owns and or manages this establishment should know your employees are costing you money by being lazy.
I pulled to the window after my order and politely informed the lady at the window I had forgot something.
Her immediate response before I even finish was âsorry, Iâm not adding to your order now, Iâm way too busy, there is a while line behind youâ
There were 2 cars. TOTAL.
And continued to try to justify herself as I sat there with a dumbfounded look on my face staring back at her.

terrible customer service absolutely awful do not go here unless you are drunk or itâs last option theyâre rude and have no morals whatsoever. they donât even deserve a one star for real made me sit in the drive through for 15 min. before even taking my order then waited an extra 25 min in the drive through for 2 PEOPLE to get their food absolutely unprofessional and not worth a dimeee lame ass place. mcdonaldâs better than this joke of a place.

I always order 20 tacos, bring them home, share them, and freeze them because we don't have a jack in the box here in Checotah. They think Sonica and McDonald's are good enough. Grrr. Thanks for being there, at least. Thanks for a clean, well run shop.

My fiance and I went through the drive thru for munchies meals and they left out our fries and one taco. And the food that we did get was hard and seemed like it had been left out for quite awhile. Pretty disappointing.
