The staff was awesome. The breakfast sandwich and hash browns were fresh and decent. Now for the reason for the Two stars:
Males bathroom does not have any hand drying options available. Not even a crappy blower or toilet seat covers. I used TP to dry my hands.
Drink. The machine was terrible barely any options no sprite no dr P just coke or juices. No ice even though the bin said it was full. As for the coke it was watered down and flat.
Won’t be back most likely which sucks cause the staff was helpful and friendly but the cons outweigh the pros even with the sandwich being good.

I just left there. I stopped by on the way home, after they took my money in the drive through and gave me my drinks. All but one employee ran outside. Apparently they were fist fighting in the parking lot. I went inside to get my money back. They tried arguing that my food was ready. No body had washed their hands and I believe (could be wrong) I saw blood on one persons hands. I will never return to this location.

I do not condone the mentality that this locations employees have. cops was called because I would not move forward along with refunding me my money as they threw it in my face literally. I have had nothing but issues with this locations night crew. now I am trespassed because I would not move forward with not one car behind me not one. the manager said that was their policy to force me forward so that they have good window times. this is ridiculous. employees huddled up as if they was in a gang or something. I'd say bad establishment threw and threw i orderd a breakfast sandwich hash browns and a overload cake. why in the world would I move forward and park in a parking spot just to get my meal moments later when I could have stayed at the drive threw with no other customers behind me. I would better understand if I had orderd a lot of food but no It was a simple order. jack In the box I will never visit any of your locations ever

Just waited 10 mins as the only person in the lobby for my order to not be taken, not be greeted or even looked at as they helped an entire line of drive thru. Worst jack in the box in the US. Shut it down

My favorite late night stop, and last night was another example of why. Guy in window is always friendly and keeps the line moving unless most places and my order is always fresh and correct.
After a long day stopped at this location at about 12:35am to be informed they are only doing mobile orders because there systems are down. which I find is probably a lie if the whole system is down I bet mobile orders don't work either... but to pull past the window seeing all there employees sitting on counters just screwing around.. this place apparently doesn't need the business so spend your money some where else.

Order took over an hour and came out soggy and old. Asked for no lettuce on tacos and they gave tacos with lettuce. The fact that we waited so long is annoying enough, but if you’re going to have us sit and wait for over an hour, can you at least make the food fresh and correctly?
