I do not condone the mentality that this locations employees have. cops was called because I would not move forward along with refunding me my money as they threw it in my face literally. I have had nothing but issues with this locations night crew. now I am trespassed because I would not move forward with not one car behind me not one. the manager said that was their policy to force me forward so that they have good window times. this is ridiculous. employees huddled up as if they was in a gang or something. I'd say bad establishment threw and threw i orderd a breakfast sandwich hash browns and a overload cake. why in the world would I move forward and park in a parking spot just to get my meal moments later when I could have stayed at the drive threw with no other customers behind me. I would better understand if I had orderd a lot of food but no It was a simple order. jack In the box I will never visit any of your locations ever

I delivery food and get horrible service every time I have to pick up the food. They take easily 20-25 minutes after I get there. The employees always jacking around, or extremely upset and rude. I have not gotten a friendly hello, not once. The longest wait time at any Jack in the Box is this location.

Was driving from Arkansas to Fort Worth, Texas, for business, and on my way back to Arkansas had stopped by at this Jack in the box because we don't have Jack in the box in town. bought 20 tacos, 4 chicken sandwiches, and a sourdough combo. The manager she was very friendly, and the food was great !!!

I ordered a meaty breakfast burrito, just the burrito, not a combo. I was not given a receipt and when I looked at my online banking later saw that they charged me for the full combo, which I did not receive. The burrito was also pathetically small. This place ripped me off, and there was an employee standing on the counter while the woman who couldn't speak English overcharged me. Go somewhere else.
