Unimpressed with my last few visits of this location. Usually my dad or I will order 2, very occasionally 3, sandwiches to go when we visit. Lobby is sometimes a little messy but we usually do to go orders so we normally overlook the lobby. Lately though it seems hard to get any slight changes done to a sandwich or ask about toppings without receiving attitude or them just straight up doing the opposite. I'm not asking for a completely different sandwich, I'm just asking for light mayo, which led to the miscommunication that I wanted the lighter fat mayo a few times, my fault, so now I ask for easy mayo, and everytime still I get what looks like extra mayo. I just want slightly less mayo on my Beach Club sandwich. Another time asked if they had banana peppers or peppercinis and got told "we're not Jersey Mikes." could've just said "no, sorry" but thanks for the recommendation on where I should go next time I guess. After multiple attempts we most likely will not be revisiting this particular location, which is a shame as occasionally there does seem to be some nice people who have/do work here, just seems very inconsistent.

Why is it so difficult to follow instructions. I ordered a club lulu and PAID for cheese to be add. I get home and discover no cheese was added. This is the 3rd time JJ has made an incorrect order.

Today, I was told 30 minutes wait for my sandwiches in drive through for 3 subs!!!! NOT FREAKY FAST . Don’t advertise it .

Waited in the driveway thru for five minutes before I pulled up to the window took a couple minutes to get someone's attention and they said their headset was dead got my food the bread is hard as a brick I have noticed the last couple times I've came here it has went way downhill.... The bread is always hard, I don't see how anybody can serve this to somebody.

I used to absolutely love everything about this place.
Now, to be fair, the food is still excellent. The bread is fresh and tasty, the meats are fresh and flavorful, and the veggies are fresh and crisp.
Unfortunately, in most other respects the place has gone downhill over the last couple years.
The staff were decently friendly, but nothing above the minimum standard for a fast food place. No real enthusiasm, no direction or setting expectations after I ordered, no checking on me after receiving my food, and no attempt at any sort of conversation at any point in the interaction.
What they really lacked, though, was professionalism. Neither seemed to be in any sort of uniform. One of the girls was wearing a loose fitting hoodie that could easily have ended up in the food at some point. After receiving my food both girls disappeared into the back and I could hear some sort of audio playing from there. It sounded like TV or a movie. And though hoodie-girl came out when more people entered (I assume she was keeping watch on either the front door or the cash register from wherever she was), the second girl only came out when the first specifically asked her to.
But where this establishment is really suffering is the atmosphere. Jimmy John's used to always have pleasant music playing in the dining room, but the last couple times I've been here there hasn't been any music. It was only 6pm and the rugs had already been rolled up and left sitting on top of the trash receptacles. And, most egregious of all in my opinion, almost all the funny and/or inspiring signs that used to cover the walls are gone, and no effort has been made to cover up the adhesive (and damage to paint and/or walls where it used to be) that held them up. I'm not sure if they are just in the early stages of a remodel/rebrand, but it honestly looks really bad.
As long as the food continues to be good I'll keep going back, but I'm honestly pretty disappointed at this point.

Waited over 25 min in the drive thru before someone acknowledged me yesterday. I pulled to the window and saw that a couple was waiting In line for a long time. When they left they also couldn't find any employees. Finally after nearly 30 min 3 employees came.out of no where and claimed they had their mic off and were sorry. But they all left the store unattended for a very long time Concerning.

I don’t typically eat at restaurants within 30-45 minutes of closing as I know it can be frustrating, but craving a sub I figured I’d hit up my favorite shop. I was glared at by Claudia while she was sweeping and 5 minutes later she finally decided I wasn’t leaving and took my order. Nothing overly rude, but enough to turn me off of this location.
