I ordered a gift card online. Never received it and no one would ever call or message me back when I inquired about what happened. I wouldn't spend my money here again. I had to dispute the charge.

Cashier / Hostess was terrible. Very judgmental. Would never eat again at these establishment and will assure my family and friends know my experience with this bad Cashier / Hostess. First new place to try for new year day and it was a very big disappointment. My worst choice today. 😂☹️

I want to lead with this restaurant is beautiful and the staff are amazing. That being said, I eat pho very regularly. By that, I mean weekly. This is the first time I've had wagyu with pho... and honestly it just doesn't belong in the dish. It's not traditional. The description of this restaurant says it's about allowing people to taste authentic flavors from Asia. Wagyu in pho is not authentic. At all. It should be round eye or flank. Throwing wagyu in there was simply done to change the price of the pho to make it "fit in" with the restaurant. A poor choice. Not to mention, the wagyu was overcooked before it got to our table. Traditionally, meat for pho should be served raw and cooked within the broth once it reaches the customer. Regardless, even if cooked by the kitchen... I mean this cut of meat was so overcooked... a huge shame for that cut of meat.
Lastly, the broth smelled like chef boyardee ravioli.
All around not an authentic experience. It looks right. The taste and smell are all off. Very disappointing experience. I hope they change their approach to dishes like pho. Don't make them fit in. They have their own place and taste amazing as is.

Edit after seeing Owner's response: I apologize if this is an Asian fusion restaurant. I am not seeing this word used on the website and I didn't see it in the restaurant itself. Had we known, my sister and I would not have been as disappointed as we were. We're more traditional. Now we know for the future. Also, I wanted to point out I never claimed you all claimed to be an authentic pho restaurant. You use the words "authentic" and "traditional" on your website in general for your restaurant. That was what led us to your restaurant in the first place.

We were there for an early supper. It was quiet and we were the only ones there. Nice atmosphere. The Keo burger was very good.

The best meal I've ever had in Broken Arrow!!! Beautiful and upscale atmosphere. Stopped by for lunch because I was looking something different, and Keo delivered. Plenty of free parking, but the lot get busy around lunchtime. Upon entering you are created with a modern and smoothing decor. There is plenty of seating and the bar is amazing and beautiful. My waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable. The menu is short but packed with delicious choices. I ordered the Grandpa's Curry, and crispy chicken wings with a sweat sauce. I had a tasty ginger beer to drink. The Grandpa's Curry was incredible ans simply the best Curry I've ever had. I'm a world traveler, but this Cambodian inspired Curry is tops!!! It initially was hotter than I normally like for lunch, but I was sad to hit the bottom of the bowl. It comes with a choice of naan bread, white or brown rice. Every bite was delicious and packed with chicken. I also had crispy chicken, which equally delicious, but lacking a tiny bit of salt or seasoning. A free appetizers of a bowl of damage seasoned with a heavenly spice mixture. I would of honestly been happier of bucket of damage with the incredible seasoning. Both my waiter and the cook refused to tell me what it was...lol. I will be eating at Keo whenever I'm in Broken Arrow!!!

The waitress was very helpful with reviewing the menu with me and my desire for keto modifications to prevent blood sugar spikes. She had multiple ideas and the Pad Thai with cabbage substituted for noodles was delicious!! I plan to return the next time we are in Tulsa.

We love Thai food and we just moved to Broken Arrow from Oregon so we’ve been trying out Thai restaurants. Keo is the best! Especially if you need, or just prefer to be gluten free. Their food is exceptional, very tasty and fresh! The staff is friendly and attentive. This is going to be our new go-to restaurant when we’re craving Thai.

Dietary restrictions: Keo does a great job accommodating dietary restrictions. We are gluten free vegetarians, our server was extremely helpful and gave us lots of options that met our needs.

Ordered Thai curry and Malaysian fried rice Togo. It came out to $36
My partner chose the Malaysian fried rice because of the glowing reviews, but was disappointed when he ate it. It was bland, he had to season it himself because it had no taste.
Curry is known for being extremely flavorful due to the spices and care that is put into it, and the beef Thai curry I got was under spiced, under seasoned, and just sad. There was maybe 4 pieces of beef, the rest was basil, and other vegetables. The sauce had no spice, despite ordering level 3. It was the most bland curry I have ever had.

Keo offers a relaxed and casual dining experience with a variety of flavor packed dishes. I ordered the Cambodian Stir-fry (level 2 heat) with brown rice and was amazed by the flavor and freshness of the dish. The server was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the dishes offered. I would highly recommend you check this place out!

Today I called ahead for a party of 17 and when we arrived they had the table set with edamame and waters for everyone already on the table. The food and service were both outstanding! Restaurant was very clean and tidy. Can’t say enough about the staff at this location. So refreshing to see a staff that cares so much about their customers. Hard to find these days!

The place was nice with a good atmosphere, however the food was extremely disappointing. I got the ramen bowl which came with a very small portion of chicken. The ramen itself was about half the portion of a pack you would buy in the grocery store. I've been to much less expensive ramen places that give much larger portions. Also, the ramen noodles tasted and looked more like spaghetti noodles. Definitely don't recommend this place.

Delicious Asian food. We had the Pho and Pad Thai - both were amazing! The kitchen staff, wait staff, and manager worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back and try something else!
