I want to lead with this restaurant is beautiful and the staff are amazing. That being said, I eat pho very regularly. By that, I mean weekly. This is the first time I've had wagyu with pho... and honestly it just doesn't belong in the dish. It's not traditional. The description of this restaurant says it's about allowing people to taste authentic flavors from Asia. Wagyu in pho is not authentic. At all. It should be round eye or flank. Throwing wagyu in there...
First time here. Ci'erra (not sure I have that right) was our server, very knowledgeable of menu and friendly. Superb! Very fresh food. Presentation amazing. Excellent prices. Going to be our next date night.
We were there for an early supper. It was quiet and we were the only ones there. Nice atmosphere. The Keo burger was very good.
