Kim's Daylight Donuts

I walked in and waited behind the guy ordering. A lady with her kids walked in a bit after and goes to the counter to look. The girl behind the counter saw me walk in and totally ignored me and went to help the lady with two kids. So I left. Poor service.

Thanks to Kim’s donut letters I was able to announce my pregnancy. She set up donuts that said Baby for Fourth of July. They’re absolutely cute and very tasty afterwards!

Best Donut shop in town, they have the best costumer service, donuts and sausage rolls are delicious and they aren’t overpriced. Even when they have long lines of people they don’t make you feel rushed and they are super nice people, they treat you like family, we love Kim’s Donuts!!!

We placed an order of custom donuts for our son's 13th birthday. When I arrived to pick up the donuts they had lost the order. That would be fine but they didn't offer to make them at all, and tried to tell me I probably called another location. After showing them the call history from my phone was in fact to their location, they shrugged their shoulders and said I could just buy some character donuts instead. Didn't offer to make it right at all. Very disappointing.
