Best Donut shop in town, they have the best costumer service, donuts and sausage rolls are delicious and they aren’t overpriced. Even when they have long lines of people they don’t make you feel rushed and they are super nice people, they treat you like family, we love Kim’s Donuts!!!
We placed an order of custom donuts for our son's 13th birthday. When I arrived to pick up the donuts they had lost the order. That would be fine but they didn't offer to make them at all, and tried to tell me I probably called another location. After showing them the call history from my phone was in fact to their location, they shrugged their shoulders and said I could just buy some character donuts instead. Didn't offer to make it right at all. Very disappointing.

Called in an order for my sons birthday party. Waited in line for 30 mins only to get to the front and pretty much tell us "we don't have the order...next person in line!" Super disappointed!
Changing my review due to their response! They took the time to figure out what happened to my order, and took time to call me, not email and not reply on my Google review, they picked up the phone and called!! They explained what happened, it was a mistake...
