Just in town staying at a hotel decided to get pizza at this little caesars. Let me tell you this is the nicest Little Caesars I've ever been in super clean stop beyond friendly. Pizza was incredible. The guy at the register was super sweet and helpful. The young lady who I believe is the manager was so personable happy to help and seem like she was really enjoying doing her job. Everyone in this place look like they took very good care of their self and cared about their work. It should be the standard of all little caesars. Beyond Happy š

Horrible customer service. Rude for no reason and slid pizza sauce down the counter when I asked for it (bc they forgot it and I paid for it). Why couldnāt he just hand it to me? I miss the pizza pizza personal pan. The crazy bread was like fettuccine size anditems were forgotten. Pizza was not what it used to be and was expensive.

On of the worst I have been to they donāt give a damn about their job and the āmanagerā is scared to correct any problems the customer is always right, right?? Not to them your in the wrong and they are gods them selves waited over a hour for a pick up and ended up leaving my food and money to them avoid at all costs

I ordered through the app for delivery, a simple order. 1 crazy bread, 1 stuffed crazy bread, 1 bacon pizza and 1 order of pepperoni crazy puffs.
My food never came. I waited over two hours, called DoorDash support twice, called the delivery driver assigned, who, by the way, was the 5th one assigned. Every time I checked the status, it showed the driver waiting at the store. I tried to call the store 3 times, and the phone was never answered. I waited on hold approx 10 minutes each time, and my order was eventually canceled by the store, 2 hours after I placed it.
Great pizza, friendly but slow. I would recommend the pizza and breads but would let friends and family know that if you're in a hurry your out of luck!

I could not be more angry at this place. I figured I would stop in and grab a pizza to go. A "fresh and ready" while employees were goofing off, the guy at the register was being extremely rude, and stated it would be AN HOUR before I could get a pepperoni and cheese pizza. "Hot and ready" I was able to go and get pizzas at domino's, treated great, and got my pizzas in 30 minutes. The customer service, was HORRIBLE.

Got 4 pizzas and 2 cheese breads. One cheese bread was either very old or very over cooked. It was so hard you couldnāt eat it. Everything else was good. Tried to call and get a refund for the one item and they refused. Person I spoke with didnāt care. I will be going into the store. Other than that everything was okay. I went up to the store. Spoke with Erica and she took my food that was not edible but would not refund my money. Offered a store credit the next time I order. Iām sure I wonāt even get that. I will never go here again! Basically they took my money.
