If I could give a quarter of a star I would cause this is ridiculous I'm gonna just let the picture make the statement cause I need to watch myself as well as the words that come out of my mouth. The store isn't kept clean, the associates dont know common customer service, and the management needs to get a severe reality check and take a course on how to be customer oriented. I'll be surprised if I hear from anyone on the corporate side of things!

Must unprofessionally run Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been too. The guy answering the phones and running the front counter is rude and short with customers, not to mention has zero idea what he is doing. Save yourself some time and drive the extra miles to a different location

We arrived at little Caesar’s at 1:20 pm to get a pepperoni pizza, we didn’t leave until 2:10 pm. Why does it take 50 minutes for a pizza from Little Caesar’s? Especially when the company claims to have the pizza “Hot & Ready.” Ridiculous. Never again.

Give it 0 if I could. Placed an online order that I already had to wait 45 minutes to pick up. Get to the store at the pick up time and nothing is ready. The guy asked my name and disappeared to the back never coming back up. Pretty sure the other guy was high out of his mind as I watched him struggle to put 5 pepperonis down in 15 minutes and moved slower than a snail. Waited 30 minutes before a girl came up to the front to help other people and I finally asked where my pizza was and was told it would be a longer wait because my stuff was burned in oven. Is it really that hard to walk 10 steps from the back to communicate with your guests? 4 people working in the back and not a single one could step away to communicate wait times. Whoever the manager is needs to hire more people and train your employees better.

Stood at the counter for about 20 minutes and no one would take my order. Can't use the gift cards they sell to place an order online you have to do it in person. Do not buy the gift cards we've been trying to do this for a year now almost. Same thing every time.
If I could give zero stars I would 1000x!!! Pls do not eat here the food , quality and service was atrocious!!!!! To say the absolute least!! I did an online order and my husband picked it up but when I saw the pizza it was so bad I had to return it! It was so soggy with red sauce in some areas and dry crispy and burnt in others. The ugliest looking pizza I have ever saw and i promise this is not even an exaggeration. The cheese slices from the “slice and sticks “ was so hard to even pull apart. And I just want to take the time to talk about that Caucasian lady in the back that seems to be the “manager “ who treated me horribly. When I asked for my money back she told me “I was going to offer to remake it for you as well but if your going to BE NASTY ABOUT IT THEN IM NOT REMAKING NOTHING “ she really thought she was tough but I can see right through the act. She was not intimidating nobody !!!! As much as she really tried. Kept referring to me as “that lady” and kept hearing her bad mouth me to her workers in the back who just need good leader to teach them how to make a good pizza she was back there making pizzas with out a glove and also rolled her eyes at an old lady all while I was there. Pls do not waste your time and money here. This all happened today 11/04/2025 @3:30 pm and if you know this lady’s name pls let me know she has short blonde hair in a pony tail and blue eyes. I asked another worker for her name he said “uuhhhhhh Jennifer ???” So I doubt he gave me her real name. Called corporate and they have a case on her already. If she has treated you this way as well pls let me know.

I went in to get lunch today and they asked if I wanted a special but said I would have to wait for it. I got some attitude from one of their workers today because I let them know that I did not have time to wait for them to cook anything. Never returning here and I would recommend going somewhere else or you will get snapped at too.

Terrible store. I usually avoid this one whether the closest to home. I just spent 20 minutes waiting in their lobby and got no help. The entire time I was watching the two grown men employees scroll on their phone.
