The food took 30 minutes longer than promised to arrive, which was more than an hour after ordering it. One pizza was fresh from the oven, but the other had been sitting for 30 minutes and was cold. The staff said the delay was due to them making one of the pizzas wrong, but the cold one was also wrong. Their app was useless! It showed the order was in the oven for more than half an hour, and then that it was ready to pick up for more than 10 minutes before it was. The staff was pretty clueless during this whole process, assuring me all the food would be fresh and giving half-hearted apologies.

We ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza and two orders of crazy puffs. Fifteen minutes later, we got our order. One of the crazy puffs boxes was soaked with oil. We got home and discovered the pizza was made WITHOUT any pizza sauce. It is disgusting.

7 other people with the same problem waiting out here with the ticked off door dash workers. Young kids seem to be running this horrible location we will not be back

For being convinent quick pizza it surely is inconvenient. We arrived at opening. Placed an order for a single pizza. Waited over 35 minuites to even get the pizza. The workers inside clearly wanted to be anywhere else. Food was hot. But the waited was horrid.
We ordered bread sticks and a pepperoni pizza. Somehow, the guy after us, who just got pepperoni pizza, got his food several minutes before us. We were staring at out bread sticks in the grab and go section behind the register. Very slow, they don't care about who's in front of them. Would rather prioritize online people not in the store waiting.

Busy atmosphere and Priscilla at the counter was very nice & very cool. Helped me order what I wanted. Got me to even purchase some great desert that I was looking for. M&Ms plus the Twix cookies!!!!! I love Little Caesars & I enjoyed my experience today. Great customer service & amazing food !!!! Everything was HOT!!

Walked in and the cashier just stared at me like he hated me. Didn't ask me what i wanted. I ordered. I did all the interacting. He tossed the pizza on the counter, and didn't even say thank you for the tip. This place is absolutely unbelievable. Useless, rude employees. I used to come here weekly, but won't be back.

Waited over an hour to get a text saying order was canceled. This is not the first time from this place. Very frustrating why offer delivery if you’re going to cancel the order. They took my money and now I have to wait 10 to 15 days for my money to be refunded.
