Waited 20 minutes the employees are oblivious to me while I watched them tell another customer they had his cake on the wrong day and there sorry but refuse to make it. I ended up leaving with out any service or ice cream. I did get to leave with an upset child who got no dessert. Will not stop in this establishment again.

Took forever to get my order. Just ordered cookies

This place is ran and operated by children with no business sense or customer service focus. Service is slow and nonchalant, even when ordering take out you come in 30 mins later to girls just standing around giggling and looking lost when you ask for your order then they realize oh it’s in the system but we just been standing around doing nothing not focused on the task at hand.

Employees are super nice. The products tasted WONDERFUL!!! The image was just messy. Definitely not eye-catching.

The ice cream was massive and delicious. The lady who made it was nice and friendly. It was fun.

Glad this finally came to Ft Smith. Best ice cream around!

Waited 30 minutes for an ice cream and saw a guy just take a phone call and walk to the back. He came back then proceeded to mess up an ice cream idk how you do that but theyll figure out how to mess it up somehow

Kinda messy.

Tastes excellent! Way over priced for what you get. Don’t get a small- you’ll get maybe 1/2 cup of ice cream for almost $7.

This location has a lot of issues right now. The mix in slab is broken and they mislabel their flavors . Maybe wait a couple months until going here to see if they can fix all of the issues.

Ordered 6 cookies from this place through door dash and did not receive the correct cookies i chose. The dasher also wasn’t informed that they were out of the ones I chose so the dasher could call me and asked which other cookies I would rather have. I called the store and asked if they were out of these cookies because my order was wrong and whoever answered was like yes you ordered all white chocolate and we are out. I tried explaining that’s not what I ordered and he just kept arguing with me insisting I ordered these cookies which I didn’t. I then say no this is what I ordered so are you out of those. To which he said “idk if we are out of those flavors maybe we are or maybe someone wasn’t paying attention. Sorry.” Offered no resolution and didn’t even go check to see if they were really out of the cookies I chose. I just didn’t love that he automatically had an excuse about everything instead of saying sorry immediately and provided a resolution. I can see why they are only rated a 4 now.
