For some re5when we order it bounces between two stores and both times it has hit this store and they deliver there has been an issue. When you call the number it goes to someone other than the store so there is no rectifying the situation in a timely manner, you will have to wait an additional 30 minutes on top of them being behind already. When it goes to the other store on Kenosha we do not seem to have problems! Mazzios should consider allowing the store to handle their own problems versus some call center or remote person would definitely allow their stores to handle and correct issues as they arise very disappointed ever since the online order has been sending us to the Aspen location.

Google says they close at 10pm but that is only their drive thru. Their lobby closes at 9pm. We’re a family of 6 with activities that run late. We came by to do dinner and arrived about 8:25. We stood by the register waiting on someone to come so we could order and a guy from the back came up and we verified what time they closed, he assured us we would be fine to order and enjoy our meal. After about 10-15 minutes of standing there someone comes up to the register, tells us the lobby closes at 9 so they’d be taking down the salad bar and closing the drink station at that time. We asked about how long it would take to get our food and if they’d rush us out to which he replied “about 20 minutes, so around 9 and we won’t rush you out immediately” hinting they would be hovering if we weren’t ready to leave right after getting our food. As a former employee who used to happily serve customers who walked in 5 minutes before close it’s sad to see what customer service has become here.

People leave reviews when service was beyond expectations or if experience was terrible. This restaurant is filthy. The soda machine is a breeding home for mold. There is mold visible through the entirety of the machine. Tables were dirty, counters were sticky and food splashes everywhere. Windows are dirty as heck. I mean I don’t know who’s passing this restaurant. This location needs a serious deep clean.

Went to Saturday night buffet, buffet was 100% empty for about 25 minutes, pizzas only came one at a time after that, 1/5 stars, would not recommend this location to anyone

The young man that took my order was great and helped me with my order , there was a situation with my order and it took longer than expected, for that I got some extra wings on the house!! I didn't expect that at all!! I love that customer service!! and if you know you!! But the wings here are pretty dogone good ,

Ordered takeout tonight and it was DELICIOUS!! Brooklyn the cashier was very friendly, can't go wrong eating here!! Keep up the GREAT work guys!!
