I placed my order and waited the time quoted in the app. After waiting, I pulled up to the window and waited 20 min before my pizza was given to me. I watched the staff on their phones, swing the pizza cutter at each other, rub around chasing each other, just to be told “it will be a while we’re backed up”.

Just DoorDash through here, got 2 dipppers but 1 marinara??? Also ordered wings but no dipping sauce even tho I paid extra? Learn to read dummies.

I ordered online and was a little disappointed. I got the large pizzas, but they would have been medium sized any where else.

Stopped by after basketball tourney for team dinner. It was a buffet. Pizza was good just didn't keep up with the demand.

Please stop using brown lettuce in your salads. Every time I get a salad half of it is brown lettuce and I have to throw it out. Lettuce does spoil and you're going to make someone sick. Your boneless chicken is the size of a marble. Terrible! Pizza Hut has bigger boneless chicken. Your service is good but your salad and boneless chicken suck.

No southern hospitality for sure but everything else was as good as expected.

Pizza wasn't cooked and was awful. Ordered online gave time to pickup, wasn't ready when I arrived waited another 30min.

Ken really messed up, but Mazzios reigns supreme. Wish they would stop playing and open up in Texas already. Ironically I go there for the salad bar, which they need to add matchstick carrots and kidney beans to, and I stay for the pizza.

Best French dressing on the whole planet.

I read some of the other reviews and feel for these people. Pick up your pizza. The drive through is fast and the employees work hard to get your orders right. If you are lucky enough to deal with Susan on your trip to Mazzios, you will have a better day from that point on. The car you drive will get better gas mileage, and your clothes will retain an unrealistic luster for, at least, three and a half months.

Ordered food at 6 and they said 30 to 40 mins. Got an email said food left store at 644 and 710 rolls around no food. Call customer service they say with an order that big it takes a bit. Um I leave 5 mins from the pizza place they left at 644. Comes back on discounts food tells me it will be here in about 10 mins. It did arrive and the food was smashed pizza toppings on top of box and cold.
