I read some of the other reviews and feel for these people. Pick up your pizza. The drive through is fast and the employees work hard to get your orders right. If you are lucky enough to deal with Susan on your trip to Mazzios, you will have a better day from that point on. The car you drive will get better gas mileage, and your clothes will retain an unrealistic luster for, at least, three and a half months.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and made sure that they were served with creamy Italian dressing. Customer service advised yes. So disappointed that creamy Italian was not on sandwiches. That’s what makes it

Ordered food at 6 and they said 30 to 40 mins. Got an email said food left store at 644 and 710 rolls around no food. Call customer service they say with an order that big it takes a bit. Um I leave 5 mins from the pizza place they left at 644. Comes back on discounts food tells me it will be here in about 10 mins. It did arrive and the food was smashed pizza toppings on top of box and cold.

We had the Alfredo Chicken Bake, it came with garlic toast, the Bake could've had more chicken in it, but overall, it was mighty tasty.

I love the deep pan crust. It is the best! The salad was great as well.
Unfortunately, new to BA, now I know not to order on the weekends. Food took 80 minutes to arrive (60-70min window), wings weren't crunchy, barely seasoned, pepperollies we're barely warm, and even the kids complained about the pepperoni pizza being hard. The cinnamon sticks were almost plain, they weren't even brown in color. $70 order including tip, definitely not worth it.
Waited over an hour for delivery , when the pizza arrived it was burnt .This will be the Last time we will order from Mazzio’s.
