I read some of the other reviews and feel for these people. Pick up your pizza. The drive through is fast and the employees work hard to get your orders right. If you are lucky enough to deal with Susan on your trip to Mazzios, you will have a better day from that point on. The car you drive will get better gas mileage, and your clothes will retain an unrealistic luster for, at least, three and a half months.

Unfortunately, new to BA, now I know not to order on the weekends. Food took 80 minutes to arrive (60-70min window), wings weren't crunchy, barely seasoned, pepperollies we're barely warm, and even the kids complained about the pepperoni pizza being hard. The cinnamon sticks were almost plain, they weren't even brown in color. $70 order including tip, definitely not worth it.
