Some friends and I dined in yesterday and had a less than pleasant experience. All the girls at this place had extremely poor customer service skills. I did not appreciate the tone or facial expressions that the cashiers took. None of them were friendly or looked like they wanted to be there which I could understand but some bare minimum pleasantries would’ve sufficed. Instead of talking sharply because one of us almost forgot our table number and the rolling of the eyes when we asked for basic items.

Only one employee up front to take orders . There was a line. Another employee was filling ice. Spoke with manager who said they only had two cashiers. Manager was very abrupt and did not even say sorry for the inconvenience.

Was looking forward to a Mcalisters club tonight but ended up leaving without service. We walked in and waited for the two females working the counter to acknowledge us/take our order. Both of us made eye contact with the girls at the counter and neither greeted us, said they’d be with us, nothing. After watching one dump tea and the other go to clean up a spill (empty restaurant) we left. Also, male cook seen through the window wearing dangling earring- not sure that meets health code.

I’m just super mad. I spent the one meal that I eat out a week here and I got a salad no big deal right? You would think but I bought the salad and had to buy an extra dressing and my husband gets home and there is no dressing at all. They got the tip for doing their job but couldn’t even put one dressing in the bag. Thanks so much McCalisters not the first time you got it wrong probably not the last. Don’t ask for tips if you can’t even do your job, right thanks.

Busy Sunday afternoon, but the front counter staff was attentive and efficient so our wait was pretty short. A couple of our orders did not come with the rest of our food and it took a while to get them, but all the food was fresh and tasty.

I've been going here 15 years, and I always get the Broccoli Cheddar Soup. And it always tastes amazing. I was sad when they got rid of the bread bowls. I hope they bring them back. The sweet tea is amazing as always, but their sugar cookie has definitely changed it used to have a crunchy outside and soft inside. Now, it is as hard as a rock. I once banged the cookie against the table, and you could hear how hard it was. Bring back the sugar cookie I knew and loved.

Once or twice cool no big deal but every single time? That’s ridiculous and then when we call to complain they talk like it’s not a big deal that they forgot a bag of chips or a side item. You’re right it’s not a big deal which is why we don’t make it a big deal when we call. We call to let them know this keeps happening but the issue clearly isn’t being addressed because today it happened again today after it just happened last week and I’m just over it. I get if they are busy but they never are when I go in so I’m not understanding how this continues to be an issue.
Even though we shouldn’t have to everyone go through your bags and make sure you have everything you ordered before leaving the store.
