Yep, I was in a hurry and got the ever-popular “How can we mess up your order today?” special. Senior English-speaking person here, apparently fluent in a language no one at the counter has ever heard of.
My order was simple: one black coffee and an egg mc muffin.easy right? Wrong.
What I got was a masterclass in confusion. Somehow my black coffee turned into a science experiment, and my Egg McMuffin became a philosophical debate about whether eggs even exist.
one black coffee with milk and two sugars (but not stirred, because apparently stirring makes it too sweet), and one Egg McMuffin — hold the egg, add an extra slice of cheese. For the love of ice… just speak and understand freaking English. Ice, ice baby.

I ordered medium fries and a medium sprite and was charged $17.34. And they tried to hand me someone else's order. I didn't notice what I was charged until I got down the road, but now it makes sense. So I don't know who paid for mine, but you're welcome. 🙄

Absolutely horrible service, very unprofessional managerial staff. I had to call corporate to file a complaint on the manager here. Very displeased with the treatment recieved at this location. I know this store alone does not represent this brand as a whole but thia location has lost my business

Service was terrible. No one spoke English and kept inputting my code in wrong and then when they finally got it said it was expired!! So disappointed. Also it’s not really a good idea to have a manager that doesn’t speak English bc she couldn't understand me. She as supper nice but her employees were not the brightest.

I have a house full of teenagers so I do come to this location to feed the masses. Marty is amazing!! His customer service is impeccable. I really hope corporate cam see this review. Thank you Marty for being amazing!!!!

I got my free fries Friday with a large sweet tea and the fries were good it’s just that when I got them out of the bag when I got home they were under filled. And none were in the bag.

Never open the same hours the store says they are. I side has been torn out for almost a year. Reallly bad spot for quality service

At least once a week I take my grandsons to this McDonalds location after school so they can get a ‘basket of fries’ (their favorite after school snack). First of all, the location is always super clean. It is the only location in our area (which has many many locations) that we will visit because it is so clean. Every time we visit the lobby, everything is spotless, and someone is cleaning. Second of all when we get the fries after school, they are always piping hot, which is amazing. Thirdly, every time we go through the drive-through after school to get fries, I ask that each order of fries be put in a separate bag because the boys like to start eating them on their way home, and then when I get them home, they have so much to carry in because of backpacks along with instruments, and it makes it easier if each one has their own bag to carry in. Anyway, yesterday, when we went through the drive-through to get the fries, when I got to the window to pick them up, they were already each in their own separate bag. I had to smile. Apparently they are beginning to recognize us and they know that we always ask for a second bag. I was very, very appreciative of this. Even my young grandson thought it was really neat that they took that extra step for us. I have always recommended this location to people when they ask, which is the best McDonald’s to go to in our area. This is just one more reason I will continue recommending this location!! Very very pleased with the food, the service and the cleanliness!!
Went in earlier and paid with credit card and received receipt to then be told later at the second window i only had 8cents on my card and paid $6 dollars only to realize i had just paid somebody else’s balance. now won’t even pick up the phone

Had only 4 items ordered. Half the stuff received was incorrect. Tried calling the store and got nothing. Come here if you want your orders messed up and missing items. They sure do know how to do that properly. First and last time coming to this location.
