If you order a large fry, you expect to get a large fry!!! This has been a consistent problem over the last several years. It seems like they’re just putting one medium scoop into the large container and passing it off as a large. Straight laziness! Maybe the managers should be monitoring this more closely.

I went through the drive through the other day, ordered a 10 piece meal and when I got to the second window to get the food, it was a cheeseburger and small fry so I let them know that and then I was told it would be $5 more dollars then the employee that took the order ran up to the second window and proceeded to yell at me “I asked you 3 times to confirm your order and you said nothing!!” I said “excuse me what? I didn’t hear you ask that at all and ordered without issue, or so I thought “. Customer service has gone out the window. I asked for his manager who happened to be standing right there and I said “I have no idea what he’s talking about, I didn’t hear him ever say anything like that and just so you know, this is not ok. It’s not okay for an employee to yell and scold a customer.”. I still have no idea what he is talking about. I do however remember the other car in line next to me ordering a small cheeseburger and fry so perhaps he was hitting their speaker button and not mine? Oh and his name was Skylar. Skylar should not ever work in customer service. Bc who does that?

I eat here once every other week, staff is really nice but that's it.
Food order gets messed up 1 out of 3 or 4 times.
Communication with staff about complex issues has a language barrier.
If you order a medium fries, sometimes theres only enough fries for a small order

Seems to never fail that either you sit at the speaker and don’t get acknowledged or you check in for curbside and they forget your there. Have had to call to get my order or go inside several times.

They ALWAYS get my order wrong. The line is always super long. This last time they changed my order between the time I ordered and the time I paid so I went home with half a meal. Manager refused to come help.

Audibly Illiterate employees. I asked for 2 #7 combos, the girl confirmed when I said it a second time and i still left with only 2 burgers?? I have never had a good experience here.
