Was starving the only thing that I could think of that was open at 11pm was McDonald's so I ask for a large coffee and received a medium ok whatever I live 5 minutes from that location the burger and the fries where cold like they had been sitting for a while just disgusting plz do better in the daytime that location is chaotic they have plenty of workers but getting your food fast is out of the question

This location consistently cancels online and mobile orders. I live a very short distance from this location, and it is literally ridiculous how often they cancel. I’ve been sitting in the mobile order spots outside and had my order cancelled. They take my payment and then cancel the order and I have to wait the full 5-7 business days for a refund when all they do is hit cancel on their end. Their food is often cold and tasteless, even more so than your basic Mcd’s food. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!

Do better. You forgot two cheeseburgers tonight and didn't give me any of our sauces (4 hot mustards, I paid to get 3 extra). I tried calling after I got home, it rings and then hangs up. There's clearly a management problem at this location.

Worst McDonalds in BA by farrrr. I’ve lived in BA for over 30 years and time after time this one is by far the worst anytime I use it. Employees are the worst and the most incompetent out of any establishment in BA.

Unfortunately my fries were cold and my spicy chicken wrap was not done all the way I am very disappointed because normally at this location they serve very good food and considering they just started lunch all my food should’ve been fresh.

The lady at the second window was rude and didn’t not even say a single word to me. The chicken wasn’t cooked fully. Also the lettuce and mayo was missing from my mcChicken.
