This particular location, at this particular time, was not staffed with the most intelligent folk. Our order was made twice, the kids delivering it didn't speak any English and had no idea when we kept telling him, with our food already in front of us, that we already had our food and it was a duplicate order.

Ordered through the app. No one was in the drive-thru. After I was at the speaker, someone pulled up in the other lane. They took two orders from the other lane before they asked if they could help me. When I reached the pickup window, it was several minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. So much for ordering in the app. I won't make that mistake again.
