Ordered a large fry that was only filled half way and had no salt on them, drink was the wrong size and my food wasn’t wrapped I don’t really care about that one its just the fries because there so expensive.

The steak biscuits are not good, and the fact we ordered food but I had to go to work get my phone even with my order they could see it, they still said I had to have my phone. McDonald’s this is wild. Running a business and we relied on yall for breakfast and you let us down horribly. Meetings were late but not one apology.

Every time I come here, there are customers in the lobby trying to get their orders fixed. There is always a longer wait than there should be. And my Door Dash orders from here get bad ratings because they're usually wrong, too. Half the people here literally can't even speak English. .

Edit: the normal mccrispy they gave me instead of a deluxe mccrispy meal was just a fried chicken patty and a single pickle slice on bread, shot out almost a tbsp of oil from the breading when I bit into it.

Wife went through drive through. Asked for sauce and then when receiving food asked if the sauce was in the bag. Attendant at window said yes. Got home. No sauce. Don't say yes if you don't know.
Nothing fast about this fast food. About to go in and ask for a refund. Went in after almost 10 minutes and had to get my own order, got back to vehicle and food was cold. Went in for a refund and would not refund full amount I paid. You can’t argue with inexperience. Save yourself time and quality and stop at Braums
