Every single time I come here they ask me to pull into the drive through pick up area. I understand they do this to make their actual drive through times look better but if they have every stall filled up it’s not actually getting faster.

I just went through the drive-thru within the last 30 minutes. Among other things I ordered a small chocolate shake. At the window I was given a vanilla shake. I handed it back and said this was supposed to be a chocolate shake. I am not kidding when I say the person looked at me as though I had grown a third eye in the middle of my forehead! They took the vanilla shake and turned to somebody and said something unintelligible. The other person took the shake and then the window closed. After a while the window opened and the person asked me to pull forward and they would bring the shake out to me. After waiting about 10 minutes I called the McDonald's. I said I'm waiting at the end of the drive-thru line for a shake. The person asked if I could come back tomorrow and get the shake because the shake machine was broken! Of course the shake machine was not broken because I had been given a vanilla shake! I was so stunned! My friend with me said I don't need the shake we can just go ahead and leave, and so we did. I have a photo of our receipt, but I'll be honest, I just can't!

A quarter pounder with 2 fries took almost 10 minutes, 4 cars from behind us got theirs first. Never coming back, but if you do, don't order the qrtr pounder or fries, apparently those take so much longer to make.

The workers of this place just don’t give a f about anything and are super slow. It’s infuriating having to wait on some idiot who can’t put the fries in the bag in a timely manner

Literally ordered on the mobile app, payment went through yet the ORDER didn’t go through so they told me to go to the front counter inside to discuss it.. the doors were LOCKED?? I JUST LOST $7 FOR WHAT!! AND ITS 10:30 PM, THEY CLOSE AT 12 AM!!!!!! 1 star rating on food because i got

The food was fine but, the employees were awful. I was ignored at the register (with 2 wild children) so I went to the kiosk to order. Which is harder and takes longer than just getting my order taken whilst corralling 2 kids. They brought the food out to the play area, which was nice. When my youngest got his toy, it was missing the stickers in the box. I went to the front and there were 2 employees fighting over who would help me, as if they weren’t just standing there doing nothing. One employee had a cigarette or joint (I couldn’t tell which) in his mouth and the girl was just leaning against the wall behind the register on her phone. There was a third employee taking orders, so the other two were not busy at all. Not bagging orders, taking orders, cleaning or anything at all. After the male employee made it clear he wasn’t going to acknowledge me, the girl rolled her eyes and asked me what I needed, so I told her. She looked at me like she was super annoyed and went and got the manager… I just wanted some stickers... The manager on shift helped me immediately, though. My kids like to come here a lot and the service is getting worse every single time. I’m a restaurant manager myself and I would never allow my employees to behave this way. That’d be my job. The only reason we ever come here is for convenience, because it sure ain’t the food or people. Feeling like a burden is the last thing a single mother needs when just trying to have a simple dinner for her kids.

Aggressive homeless person loiters around this location. Staff does not clean machines to ensure functionality. Machines are always “down”.
