We ordered on the app. The purchase was verified and we were given a pickup number. On arriving at the store we were told we didn’t place the order, so we went into the store to straighten out. Showed the “manager” the info on the phone showing we had placed the order. He didn’t care, said there was nothing he could do about it and if we wanted something we’d have to buy it again. Never offered anything for our trouble,didn’t try to fix it or even apologize. So now we have paid for our lunch twice. Very unprofessional behavior by the manager. This is restaurant number 32476.

I watched the long haired man on the fryer take a drink of NOS and then eat some fries and not wash his hands. Totally grossed me out!!!

Came tonight on Halloween. They were slammed but the whole staff We’re moving so fast. You could tell that they were trying to get everyone’s orders out as fast as they could. The manager on duty also did an amazing job! Thank you!
