The lady who took my order in the drive thru was super nasty and wanted to argue with me when there was multiple cars behind me in line instead of fixing my order. I had ordered 3 20 piece nuggets with 3 baskets of fries which she rang up separately but it’s a meal that comes with the 20 piece and basket of fries and she said that I should’ve ordered it by saying “can I get the meal that has the 20 piece nuggets and basket of fries” I guess I didn’t realize there was a certain way to order the nuggets and fries so instead of fixing the issue and making 3 meals she rang them up separately and overcharged me by $5 so when I went to pay this really nice young man by the name of Isaeh helped me out and fixed my order making them meals. Really sweet boy didn’t even complain and really turned my bad experience around. The lady that took my order could use some customer service tips from Isaeh.

Service was indifferent and could care less. Had to pull up and wait for a Quarter Pounder. Ate 3/4 of it and threw up within minutes. Never going back and caution others.
Ordered a meal. Asked for no pickles and no onions. Only thing on it was pickles and onions. Tried wiping them off the top. Looked between the patties and it was more onions mixed into the cheese. Terrible mcdonalds but they don't have competition close by so people still go there!

If i could .0001 of a star that would be more accurate than 1 star. McDonald's is know for having unhealthy food. They don't care about their employees or the customers that stop in. Food is gross. McDonald's should do a 180 turn there products to healthy food and stop poisoning America.
Vegetarian options: Boycott McDonald's.

Anytime you walk in here expect to see the managers standing at the front ignoring customers talking about the football game they are watching on their phones or something insignificant while all the Hispanic workers do the work in the back. This store was better when the back was running the front too, you can bet that anytime between 7pm and 10pm you come in and you will see the non Hispanic workers standing talking about insignificant topics, back faced the counter ignoring customers while everyone else is working. This is the poorest management team I have seen from north Tulsa to Muskogee,OK. Save yourself time and just go to Sonic or Taco Bell next door. I highly recommend terminating management immediately and bringing someone from the back to the front. Make this McDonald’s Great Again!
