This used to be my favorite sushi place in the area. I hadn’t been in some time and stopped in for lunch the other day. Ordered the sashimi lunch and they brought a plate out with crab sticks as part of the sashimi option. I asked why and they insisted that fake crab meat was considered sashimi…. 🤨 I just went along with it. But as I was eating the sashimi just had a bad taste. I couldn’t stomach the tuna, it was an overly fishy taste. The salmon sashimi was good though so I ate that along with the fake crab sticks and decided that was probably the last time I would eat there.

Food = Always top tier, always leave full and satisfied. All of their rolls are classic and tasteful. No one does a Cali roll like MOJ - love the extra cucumbers in there that give that nice crunch! The Tulsa roll is my fave. Their miso soup transports me back to Japan. Garlic chicken with that sauce is unique and delicious. So much more food for such a decent price compared to other sushi places in BA/Tulsa/Owasso.
Service = Always polite and accommodating. You can tell they care about their customers.
Atmosphere = Love the authenticity. It is quiet and intimate, with low-lighting and a lovely Japanese city pop playlist playing low in the background.
MOJ will always have a special place in my heart - first place for me to try sushi, first date with husband, and first Japanese restaurant I’ve left fully satisfied from since our trip to Japan a couple of years ago. Thank you for the continued great experiences, MOJ! ❤️

This place has such a nice atmosphere, I always love dining here. Food is great, service is great, atmosphere fantastic. My favorites would be the shrimp tempura with rice, and tonkatsu. They give so much pork for the tonkatsu it's so worth the price and so delicious too.

We arrived at 8:40 and one of the two guys with blue hair ask us how may we are an them he turn his face to see the time on the clock in the wall, sushi was good, combination fried rice no too much.
I have been going to this place since it first opened, and the food has always been amazing as well as the service.sadly i have i since moved away to another state, but when i come into town to visit family i will not leave without coming here once or twice.
I got delivery. Have you ever consider moving closer to a place so you can justify eating there more? I do.

I was excited to try this place after seeing some reviews on PisoTulsa Review fb page. My friends and I were disappointed. The food was bland, good portions, however, they had absolutely nothing available on the dessert menu. In fact the lady in the back screamed at our waitress just for asking. The waitress was also poorly trained and we had to repeatedly ask for napkins that we never got and for the last order ofSushi we asked for. It was nice to try somewhere new but its about the taste and the experience for me. Especially to celebrate a birthday. Wont be going back.
