It was alright. It was fine, but it wasn't great. The white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie was the best tasting thing we got. Everything else was kinda stale... I can't speak for their whole cakes and/or pies, but I don't think I'll be coming back for anything else that is single serve in the display cases. The place was very clean and the staff was nice and patient.

I like to shop local, and really thought this bakery was making homemade kind of bakery stuff. Today I got the blueberry pie, and I’m so disappointed. There was no blueberries in the pie, it was more like blueberry jello. Super sweet and just doesn’t taste any better than Walmart pie. They charge $20 for pies, if it’s just imitation of blueberries then why it costs more?

I like the good food and the friendly staff. I believe the friendliness of the staff radiates to the customers ? because everyone I've ever encountered in Merritt's Bakery is friendly and courteous... like the staff.

I got 6 jalapeño sausage rolls and they used to be really good but now they are not worth the money the sausage is cut in half why can't we get a whole sausage in the it is mostly bread and the sausage has a casing that you can't bite through use skinless sausage very poor quality

I have loved Merritt's forever! Classic choice of bakery in Tulsa. They always have a huge selection in the cases. The desserts are tasty and beautiful. The staff is very nice too. It always smells amazing inside. I think prices for individual treats are fair and reasonable too.

This used to be one of our favorite breakfast places, but they have sadly gone way downhill. We ordered our usual Okie breakfasts (biscuit and gravy) with an additional sausage & egg. This time they were terrible. There wasn't even enough gravy to cover one set of biscuits and it was bottom of the pan dried out yukky tasting gravy. Then they only gave us one sausage, the biscuits were dry & gummy and scrambled the eggs instead of over easy. What would have been helpful? Telling us they were out of these things WHEN WE ORDERED. Instead they took our money and gave us shockingly sub-standard food.We felt very ripped off.We noticed there was hardly anyone there and the Take-A-Number machine was gone. Now we know why. We won't be back.

While i cant say much about the baked goods sitting in my car yet, i am compelled to leave such a negative review. And i dont do that often, nor do i do that lightly, but the customer service was shockingly horrific. The lady "helping" me at the counter was so incredibly rude and distasteful. She ignored all my questions and at first i thought she couldnt hear me from over the counter (because im short and my head doesnt quite reach the top of the glass) so my husband asked her, but she continued to treat us like imbeciles who has never heard of chocolate before, and she was rolling her eyes at us when i asked her about the different kinds of chocolate cakes. There were multiple chocolate cakes in the glass and she could barely tell me which one was which or what.If this person worked at my establishment, she would be terminated immediately for being so abrassive, rude, and unkind. You work in customer service. Its your job to be kind to the patrons that are coming in to spend money at your establishment. If they dont understand your cakes, its your job to educate them, not belittle them. How can people come support your place, if you continue to be so annoyed at your customers? That makss absolutely no sense to me.
