I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Tulsa! I live in Colorado and had ordered a set of bundtinis to be delivered for my nephew’s 3rd birthday. There was a hiccup with the Uber delivery, and my order didn’t make it to me as planned when I arrived on the morning of 11/26.

The sweet gal working that day went above and beyond to help—it was truly next-level customer service. Without a moment of hesitation, she re-made my entire order, made sure everything looked perfect, and ensured it was delivered to me quickly and without a single additional issue. Her kindness, patience, and genuine desire to help completely saved the day.

The cakes were delicious (as always!), but the customer service was what truly blew me away. I’m so grateful it all worked out, and I will absolutely continue to order from Nothing Bundt Cakes because of experiences like this.

The employees are friendly a d helpful, but the cakes are a little last luster for me. My Mom really liked hers though. We both got the new Snickers bundt cakes. I thought the icing was too sweet and the cake was kind of bland. I will give them another try though.
