Waiter was nice & did her job extremely well… took over an hour to receive food. Drinks were not sweet or even cold (raspberry lemonade)
I parked in the back due to lack of parking, when I came back out someone hit my car & left.
I came back in & asked for footage & was told there was no cameras on the property …
I asked management if we could have her ask on the intercom or speaker system if anyone saw something
Was told to leave a number & they would call me if the heard something.
Completely ridiculous, & absolutely NO professionalism or help to aid a customer who was at their establishment doing business
I had to contact police & tow my car to a local shop
Over 3k in damages. Thank You, Very Much.

This olive garden we usually eat at once or twice a month. Never had an issue until last night. The restaurant was unusually busy (no biggie, we dont mind waiting). We were seated within 15 minutes.

After getting seated, we were immediately greeted by our server (she was so attentive and sweet, I wish I could remember her name)

I'm diabetic, so I usually order the appetizer meatballs. I was informed I would be charged for the salad and breadsticks because I ordered an appetizer as my entree. This has never happened to me before, especially when my son and spouse ordered entrees and they were eating the salad and bread as well. Also, the food took about 30 minutes (or more) to come out, and although, tasted good, it wasnt fresh. I was very disappointed in my experience here last night

I came in with my husband and son on Veterans Day. The hostess told us the wait would be ā€œ5, 10, maybe 15 minutes,ā€ but after about 25 minutes, we noticed several parties being seated who arrived after us. When I asked about it, she checked the list, couldn’t find my name, and then claimed she had called it earlier which seems unlikely since I was sitting directly in the waiting area near both the host stand and the to-go station.

She said she’d seat us as soon as possible, yet proceeded to call two more tables before ours. When I asked again if we’d have to wait another 30 minutes, she assured me we wouldn’t and we were finally seated three minutes later.

Once at the table, we weren’t given the Veterans Day menu and had to request it. Our server took our drink and appetizer order, said he’d be right back, and disappeared. After waiting another 10–15 minutes, we used the ā€œcall serverā€ button on the kiosk. A blonde server, who was very friendly and helpful, came over to take our food order. We never saw our original server again until the very end when he dropped off the check and explained how to pay.

My son’s meal was incorrect, but at that point, we were hungry and didn’t want to cause a scene. I ordered dessert, but after another 15 minutes, I checked the kiosk and saw it had never been entered and the Veterans Day discount hadn’t been applied. I tried to flag our server with no luck and had to press the call button again. A woman who seemed to be a manager in white came over, said she’d let our server know, and left. Our server eventually returned, corrected the bill, and said nothing about the missing dessert. By then, we were done and decided to get dessert elsewhere.

My son even tried to tip the kind blonde server directly with a $20 bill, but she walked it over to our original server instead.

From the hostess stand to the service to the food, everything about this visit was disappointing. I’ve worked in the service industry for 20 years, and I’ve never seen a restaurant so full of staff and yet so poorly managed. I had hoped for a relaxing night out to celebrate my husband for Veterans Day, but next time I’ll save the $70, make pasta at home, and pick up a nice bottle of wine. I’ll probably have a better experience.

Broken Arrow restaurants are seriously lacking in hospitality and quality. If you’re thinking about dining out, I recommend driving to Tulsa instead.

The food was good but the order was messed up on a couple of levels. They said the computer wasn't working correctly.
Once we got all our orders the food was good.

I over heard the store manager Mack yelling at an employee over a simple mistake. Yelled at her to the point that she cried. Very rude and unprofessional manager and I will never come here again because of how that poor girl was treated.

We joined a waitlist (group of 5) and only 2 groups of people were ahead of us. We spent 40 minutes there just for them to say that they prioritize larger groups first. They did found tables for other groups of 2,4,5,6 people, but not for us. When we came up to the girls last time, they prepared a table for a group of 7, but NOT for us. We came early, but they refused to prepare a table for us. Everyone else was already seated.

Food and are server were great. The problem was that the ladies restroom had a sewage gas issue. The entire back of the restaurant smelled like sewage...VERY strong. We had to ask to be moved and we were. My issue is management. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SEATED BACK THERE and no server should have been assigned to that section. They should have closed the section off completely. Customers kept asking those poor servers if they could be moved. You know they are not going to earn enough today to make working worth it.

We had a wonderful dinner at the newly opened Outback Steakhouse! Our waitress, Lindsay, was absolutely amazing — she made sure our order was perfect and our food arrived hot and fresh. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really made the experience special. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere, and the restrooms were very clean. Highly recommend this location — anyone would be lucky to have Lindsay as their server!

Went there today and the service from thr wait staff was horrible. The manager was also ridiculous. Save yourself some time and don’t go here. I will never be back.
