You need to replace that carpet with tile. We went on a rainy day and the whole place smelled like mildew and was so overwhelming we could barely eat. Carpet in a restaurant is so unsanitary. You can not adequately clean spills. The food has always been good and consistent, but service is a little slow for lunch service. You won't make it out in an hour to get back to work. And the constant use of the machine on the table to order and pay makes it somewhat impersonal. If you go to an Italian restaurant and expect to pay around 15-25 dollars a plate you expect to have a server, not a machine.

We had a wonderful lunch at Olive Garden, and our waitress Kass did an awesome job with our big group.❤ She was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed–she even made sure I had a refill of my water without ice. The food was delicious as well!

Manager Amy was rude, dismissive, & unprofessional. She made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely recommend another location

Service was great but what absolutely ruined the experience was the over whelming bad smell of uncleanliness ( urine) in the entire restaurant. Lord knows those carpet have never been cleaned. Kinda makes eating a little difficult.

I’ve been to Olive Garden several times but non compared to the last time I went. We were met with a gracious staff and a wonderful atmosphere. Our server Izzy was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a more courteous individual to run our table. She’s a blessing to this organization and is the first step towards bringing Olive Garden back to the limelight

Ordering was simple, delivery was on time, communication between me, the restaurant, and the delivery driver was on point. And the delivery driver was pretty awesome.

Just don't go in a big group on Sunday afternoon or be prepared for a long, long, long wait!
That being said, aervice was awesome, food came fast, taste delicious, and they all did their best to make sure our group was well taken care of all of us!

Great food and service. Their gnocchi soup is one of our favorite dishes along with the shrimp fettuccine.

I placed a to-go curbside order. I was about 5 mins late for picking it up. I unfortunately had to eat it before my overnight shift, otherwise, I would’ve gladly thrown it away instead. The pasta was hot and watery with the lukewarm in some areas while cold in others sauce. The cheese on top was very cold..you could see that before even biting into the pasta. The chicken was warm/hot though..so I guess that’s good.
Staff is really sweet and absolutely goes above and beyond.
