You need to replace that carpet with tile. We went on a rainy day and the whole place smelled like mildew and was so overwhelming we could barely eat. Carpet in a restaurant is so unsanitary. You can not adequately clean spills. The food has always been good and consistent, but service is a little slow for lunch service. You won't make it out in an hour to get back to work. And the constant use of the machine on the table to order and pay makes it somewhat impersonal. If...
We had a wonderful lunch at Olive Garden, and our waitress Kass did an awesome job with our big group.❤ She was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed–she even made sure I had a refill of my water without ice. The food was delicious as well!
I’ve been to Olive Garden several times but non compared to the last time I went. We were met with a gracious staff and a wonderful atmosphere. Our server Izzy was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a more courteous individual to run our table. She’s a blessing to this organization and is the first step towards bringing Olive Garden back to the limelight
