I did an online pick up order so I couldn’t leave feedback through the customer survey but I had to leave a comment on the great customer service I had. The store was well ran and everyone was so friendly and greeted instantly. and one of the employees ran out to give me my cheese rangoons that I had forgot which was so kind since it was raining outside. Fantastic store!!
There was a gentlemen that was a gentlemen that i got help that was needing a warm meal that I was able to help while I was there eating and I bought him a meal and before anyone can say. I'm not here to be boastful or wanting praise I have been in his situation and needed help before and didn't have anyone to help me im just glad I could help him out. I will never forget this day. Thank you Panda express.
I love Panda's food. Food is generally good. Witnessed the Evening manager often being rude customers. Don't go to this location after 8pm - they will quit making dishes for the night, despite closing at 10pm.
