I stop by this Panda frequently. Jay, who often works drive thru, is so kind, courteous and full of joy. He treats everyone so well and goes above and beyond. John G, helped on my most recent stop and he is so courteous and mindful. One of the managers named Cindy is also so amazing. I have only had one order that has been messed up and it was not a terrible mistake. My food is always fresh and hot.

We live by 71st and Mingo and we absolutely hate going to that location. We came to this one in Broken Arrow after church with my wife’s family and it is night and day. This location is great. Jay and Ethan were exceptional. Everything was full and fresh. Jay and Ethan exemplified what excellent customer service should be. Most of my reviews are negative because I feel good service should be the normal. It is not. These guys are definitely better than normal!!! Great job. We loved this location.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 4 bowls with teriyaki chicken and super greens. The cashier told me that the super greens would need to be made, I said that was fine. He had me park in bay number three while the order was being prepared. I waited for 20 minutes for my order and only one of the bowls had super greens in it. To add insult to injury my rice was hard as a rock and the rice I could eat was very dry. Not mad just dissapointed.

I have had an amazing experience every time with this location. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. Today one of orders was mistakenly missing some items which I thought was odd since this has never happened here, I called and the manager and she was very empathetic, kind and quick to solve it by offering a replacement of the order with the correct items.

I am so done with this place, I have ordered delivery from here multiple times and for some reason they mix up spicy orange chicken and regular orange chicken, spicy orange chicken has Chillies in it so i dont get the mix up, I cant have the spicy orange chicken which is why I get regular and I asked my delivery driver to check to make sure, which was a good thing considering it was the spicy one, and when they asked to have it remade the server was rude. Today my mom ordered from here and they have her a side of peanuts with sauce on them and a few tiny pieces of chicken CRAZY!! For the sake of peace either go in person to nic pic or order somewhere else!!

I come here a lot for my lunch break usually at least twice a week and the food and service is always above and beyond! on the rare occasion they do make a mistake they are apologetic and quick to right the wrong, the manager and staff are all super kind people!

I literally just went through the drive-through and ordered A bowl with broccoli beef And noodles $14 for it and got seven pieces of broccoli and four pieces of beef. What am I paying $14 for? I’m very confused. Shrinkflation is crazy!

Great customer experience, especially by Steve. Steve did an amazing job helping us. We had 3 little kids with us and they were trying to decide what to order and Steve was so patient and helpful.
