Food allergies beware!! 2nd time I’ve been where shrimp has been mixed in with other items. Called to let them know and was given a “number to a district manager” only to find out if was a fake number to a friend who thought the whole thing was hilarious. Not very funny considering this food allergy issue is going to give me a hospital bill.

I don't right many reviews on places but I have to share my experience. So Thought I would try this new location and had the pleasure of meeting the assistant manager JR. He was so friendly and so was the rest of his team and i was greeted by every employee as i entered. I have been to a lot of locations and they do not hold up to the quality of service i received at this location. I ordered 2 plates and had to wait on one of my entrees to finish being cooked, which gave me time to observe the way the staff worked together so efficiently and to see that even though the drive through crew was busy they were still smiling. JR himself had a smile from the moment i walked in and the moment i walked out. I watched JR show the man that checked me out patiently show him how to properly slice the chicken teriyaki and he did it enthusiasticly with a smile on his face. The food was awesome and I think some of the other locations could learn something from JR and his crew on making quality food and customer service. You can really see the pride JR takes in his work. It made for a great experience and I have found my new go to location.

One time they forgot a whole side for my bigger plate and just today they filled my sweet tea half way up, wouldn’t have noticed unless they didn’t forget the straw and fork as well. posted this review just a couple of minutes ago before I started eating, it’s unsweetened tea, these kids can’t do anything right

I had a plate with Chow Mein, Honey Sesame Chicken Breast, and Mushroom Chicken.
The noodles were... well, noodles. Cooked well and flavored as expected.
Both chicken dishes were "off". They both left a pastey feeling on my mouth like there was a buch of loose flour or cornstarch in the pan. The mushroom chicken was all but void of any flavor, and the Honey Chicken was over the top with honey. After having a bite of the Honey Chicken, honey was all I could taste.
As I know this is a loved fast food restaurant, I can only assume it is my personal preferences, but I'm not sure I'll give them a second try.
The restaurant was extremely clean and the food was better than the other locations. I hope it stays that way.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken with two sides, noodles and rice. The chicken was fatty and chewy , the noodles were dry and stiff and the rice warm at best. This is our second time here and thought we give it another try since the first time was when they first opened and it was horrible. The plate of food you see is exactly how I left it when we left. Totally inedible. We left there and went somewhere else for dinner.
