This was a disappointment. Random pieces of hair and whatever else the other stuff was in my pizza, making me wait an hour for 1 small box of pizza, none of my pizza slices tasting atleast decent, and just everything was so disappointing. I don't recommend that anyone try this place out because it will just be a waste of your time.

Absolutely ridiculous. I was told my pizza would be here in an hour—fine, I can wait. But then the time kept getting pushed back again and again with no explanation. Over 90 minutes later and still no food. If you can’t deliver on time, don’t take the order. Complete waste of my time and money. Never ordering from here again.

Papa John's is very good although their specialty pizzas have switched out a lot from the kind that I used to like all together though Pizza is like a 9.5 to a 10 out of 10 but it's the flavors that they have is why I rated it a 4

I ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas on both 4.22.25 and 4.25.25 for our family. The first order was ruined when my wife pulled out a long hair from her mouth and started gagging. This past week my son took his first bite and pulled another long hair from his mouth. I spent a total of $46.17 on eaxh order and had hair baked into our pizza both times. This is unacceptable.

I would give half a star. Ordered for 5:45PM pizza shows up at 7:00PM cold. Called several times while waiting and they said, the driver is right around the corner but that was a lie. Called the next day and some guy named "mike" the manager said he didn't give refunds and kept interrupting us while we tried to explain the problem then started using our full names almost like a threat, as if he knows who you are!

Absolutely saddened. I order BBQ chicken pizza all the time from here and they usually are generous with the sauce. This time they added NONE so when I called to complain the manager told me " it's Policy to put that little amount " when has it ever been? This has never happened seriously disappointed in the manager and this location. BEWARE order from a different location because they must have changed management or something, they will short you on toppings/sauce/

Management is absolutely clueless, and a bunch of liars. When our order went out for delivery - driver had another order to deliver first - no problem, right? Driver decided to take a route that is congested with 5 o’clock traffic and apparently got distracted because after delivering the order the driver by passes us and heads back to the store. My husband calls and talks to someone at the store, looks into the issue, then tells us they would talk to driver and remake our order. Then we notice the driver finally turns around and head back to us with our original order. Order arrives and is cold - cheese is translucent and looks old. So we wait because they said they were remaking the order. An hour later husband calls back, and different manager on duty now - has no idea about anything. Husband asked about the status of the remake order and he informs us that the other manager is going to call us but no new order is currently being made. Then manager asked - “you did get your order, right?” Husband explains the quality of the order and then explains again the issue with the first delivery. Manager did not care. Husband asks for corporate number and manager gives 101 excuses as to why he does not have that number. As of now - 2 hours later the “other” manager has yet to call us back! Absolutely unprofessional! It awful to - because this place makes the best pizza bowls around this area. I will not be ordering from here again - customer service is not what it used to be!

I ordered a couple of pizzas from Papa Johns pizza at 904 North Elm Place, a New York Style pizza and a regular 3 topping pizza, online and a code was thrown out as an advertisement for free pizza delivery. I entered the code "FREEDELIVERY" and it wouldn't show that it was valid. I paid for the pizza, $32, and waited for it to be finished baking. Online it said it was ready to be picked up. I go to pick up the pizza and told the guy in charge, Jason, about the code and he told me there wasn't anything he could do about it because it is run by an online company. He couldn't give me free delivery on my next pizza and so I told him I was cutting my ties with Papa Johns because he couldn't handle the request of this customer. I go to get in my car and turn around and see the two, Jason and Noah laughing and I doubled down on my promise to NEVER eat at Papa Johns again.
