I would give half a star. Ordered for 5:45PM pizza shows up at 7:00PM cold. Called several times while waiting and they said, the driver is right around the corner but that was a lie. Called the next day and some guy named "mike" the manager said he didn't give refunds and kept interrupting us while we tried to explain the problem then started using our full names almost like a threat, as if he knows who you are!

Absolutely saddened. I order BBQ chicken pizza all the time from here and they usually are generous with the sauce. This time they added NONE so when I called to complain the manager told me " it's Policy to put that little amount " when has it ever been? This has never happened seriously disappointed in the manager and this location. BEWARE order from a different location because they must have changed management or something, they will short you on toppings/sauce/

Management is absolutely clueless, and a bunch of liars. When our order went out for delivery - driver had another order to deliver first - no problem, right? Driver decided to take a route that is congested with 5 o’clock traffic and apparently got distracted because after delivering the order the driver by passes us and heads back to the store. My husband calls and talks to someone at the store, looks into the issue, then tells us they would talk to driver and remake our order. Then we notice the driver finally turns around and head back to us with our original order. Order arrives and is cold - cheese is translucent and looks old. So we wait because they said they were remaking the order. An hour later husband calls back, and different manager on duty now - has no idea about anything. Husband asked about the status of the remake order and he informs us that the other manager is going to call us but no new order is currently being made. Then manager asked - “you did get your order, right?” Husband explains the quality of the order and then explains again the issue with the first delivery. Manager did not care. Husband asks for corporate number and manager gives 101 excuses as to why he does not have that number. As of now - 2 hours later the “other” manager has yet to call us back! Absolutely unprofessional! It awful to - because this place makes the best pizza bowls around this area. I will not be ordering from here again - customer service is not what it used to be!

We ordered 2 pizzas they was overcooked crust was hard and tasted like frozen pizza you would get from Walmart save yourself don't get pizza from here

the first pizza was dropped but they still delivered and when i called, the guy on the phone said “yea, we dropped the ball on that one.” so they knew it was dropped but still sent it out anyway. then once i got my replacement pizza later on that night, they said 30-40 min and it was delivered over and hour later and i could tell it had been sitting out for a while. i’m glad i checked my pizzas before the delivery guys drove away that way they understood why they weren’t getting a tip. i normally always leave 20-30% and i normally love papa john’s more than the competitor. but ill never order from this location again.

Pizza is my favorite food. You really have to have bad pizza for me not to like it. I wish I had looked at the reviews. I could have saved the $40 I spent. Yesterday. First an only meal of the day. Dinner. Ordered pizza, well done, extra sauce- Tasteless no flavor, barely had sauce, crust tasted terrible, barely warm. Breadsticks- VERY DRY, terrible. Boneless wings welldone- Chewy, barely had sauce. Brownie Desert- only thing that was decent. I should have just went to the grocery store an bought a pizza. That's going in the trash. Terrible!!!

The guy was nice though he he had all kinds stuff hanging off his face it only had ham pepperoni I don't know if it was sausage or hamburger meat cause the whole thing tasted like onions( I hate) but I ate it anyway for the benefit of the doubt because I was so hungry and now my stomach hurts I was so I'm just depressed and sad disgusted I don't think I'll ever go back to any Papa John's ever again blah I feel sick ??

Second time going to pick up my order from this location and only have ordered twice and each time I ordered it is messed up every single time last time. There was no anchovies. There was garlic marinara sauce with nobody ordered garlic marinara sauce this time my Supremes didn’t even have vegetables or sausage, and I went to the guy behind the counter who was sweating profusely in an air-conditioned climate controlled building started yelling at me as I was exiting the property so I placed the pieces in my car went back inside to inform him that there is no excuse whatsoever to mess up peoples orders seeing how I used to work for subway at 60 hour work weeks from open to close every single day by myself and would do inventory in the middle of my lunch rush and I still manage to get peoples orders, right Mind you there’s only once that way in Sandsprings so the line would be out the door with that being said this location is horrible. It’s a health hazard to have somebody sweating like that all over peoples food and second of all I’m gonna need for the manager to contact me because Mr. Terry, whatever his name is getting loud with me , was definitely the inappropriate move and ended very different way first picture is the pizza one for the supreme and the second picture is Pizza two for the supreme
