This was supposed to half and half. Some pieces where half the pizza some where one bite, while some pieces were cut in two across the middle. The Oreo dessert we ordered was dry, hard, and inedible. The Roni bites looked nothing like what was advertised and the Kraft cheese stick they make them with wasn’t even melted. Papa John’s used to quality pizza not sure what happened but won’t be ordering again.

I ordered my food online. I told them so many times my food is ready. I told my name how it spell like. One staffs act like can’t find my order when right there front of him and pick up section. Two staffs act like a pretend heard me. I need say it loud and clear. I show my phone about order. After I picked up. One staff pointed finger at me and called me Stupid. Learn manners talk to consumers like that. I don’t care loud in the back and don’t have scream at them to tell so many times it is ready for pick up.

I placed an order for 65.01 for 3 pizzas and a dessert and put that I would pay cash when I got there so I got there went in to pay and pick up my order and was told they don’t take 100 dollar bills but my order was 65.01 so I asked if I could talk to the manager and he said no they’re not in so I said well I guess then I can’t pay for my order, they said ok and walked off. This happened to my daughter at the 101st st location a year ago & they told her to leave and go get change at the liquor store next door and come back and she said uh you don’t have any cash they told her that they hadn’t gone to the bank that day. Both of the papa John’s have horrible service and the employees don’t care about you or your business. I also placed an order for delivery a few weeks ago and the msn that answered the phone said he didn’t know where are pizzas were and that they were gone but couldn’t figure out where the driver was that she might have gotten lost and then said he wasn’t sure if the order was even placed then hung up on me. So no more Papa John’s ever. Done.✔️ I complained to corporate.Kid-friendliness: Not friendly at all lol.?

Ordered 4 medium pizzas one order of cheesy breadsticks and an order of brownies... The brownies and the breadsticks were fantastic... The pizzas were horrible!!! Crust was very tough...bare minimum toppings, you get more toppings on a frozen Red Baron pizza...$50 bucks for food not fit to eat! FYI pizzas look absolutely nothing like the picture!!

Bad pizza and very dishonest! There was a problem with the order and they promised next time I would get free pizza. NOT! they would not honor their word. Papa John's is not a reputable company anymore.
