At this place, it's a simple mission: grab N' go! And it's perfect for just that. Wether it's a family night, or just a bachelor/bachelorette's night of solitude, a good destination for grabbing a QUICK bite to eat! Will come back! 5/5

Just had a delicious pizza delivered and it got here pretty quick, the delivery driver also had great customer service! We've always loved this store because the quality of service. We're glad to have them near by, thanks everyone for the time and care you put into each order!

Ordered two pizzas for delivery, a supreme and what was supposed to be a cheese. Supreme was fine, I use the term supposed to be a cheese because the pizza had hardly any cheese. It had maybe 20% of what a normal cheese pizza would have. Didn’t go in there so can’t rate the Atmosphere.

when you guys just cancel an order without asking if i would like anything changed instead of ordering a whole new pizza, proceed to tell me i'll get a refund in 1-3 hours. and then it's been three ducking days and i haven't got a refund , called to confirm it would be in my account and the lady said 74 hours and if it doesn't hit i should take it up with my bank. called my bank and after a fourty five minute call i still don't have a refund so thank you guys for nothing can i please have my refund back :3 my order you guys cancelled and still haven't refunded me for btw ! people work hard for their money so to see thirty dollars down the drain really irks me .

The food is always good! The service is decent depending on which day you go on there. With the location in broken arrow you wouldn't expect it to be ghetto, but it's ghetto in there sometimes. Doesn't seem like the staff can handle stress well, they yell at each other in front of guests.

Ordered tonight paid about 40 bucks with a 4 dollar tip for the delivery, I’m right down the road less than 5 minutes from the store, driver couldn’t find the place food was cold and to top it off they tried to drive off with part of my order. I won’t be using this papa John’s again and I recommend anyone that does to order during the day night crew ain’t it.

We placed an order for 2 pizzas that took an hour to make. When they arrived they were cold. When we called he initially told my husband it would be best to just throw in the oven. When I got on the phone he tried to say he couldn’t do anything about it because the driver wouldn’t be paid anymore money. When I said so you’ll just deliver cold pizzas and say screw the people that paid for it? He tries to tell me it’s because I live out in Coweta. I love literally a mile down the road. Oh yes, he sees that now. Unfortunately he can’t remake it because it takes away from his inventory. So again, I paid for a hot meal that was delivered cold and you’re saying there is nothing you can do? He can refund half the order. But I wanted dinner. He hung up on me.

The store is less than a mile from our home. At 0009 I received a message that the order was on its way. 0030 and no order, their tracking is not working on the app, I call the store and get the automated option which tells me they are running behind. At 0039 I go outside to toss the trash and find a cold pizza and hard cold knots on the porch. No knock, no doorbell, and their app is still showing like its in transit. I don't mind cold pizza the best day but not the day of purchase. Regretting the 25% tip and the order. I don't know what's up with this store, but this is now the 2nd failed delivery order. Won't be a third.

90 minute delivery, ICE COLD & lost. 40 minutes after estimated. Called store for update, horrible experience. Vague idea of anything, let alone my order or it's location. Actually they didn't even know if it existed, was made or on the way. Even attempted that the order was complete at one point ha! What a poor horrible excuse of an operation. After 20 years in food service this is by far the WORST experience I have had or seen. It makes me lose any and all hopeful expectations from this location, company and ownership/upper management at this point.
3rd or 4th time with this horrible excuse for service. Our pizza was delivered smashed and they said they could remake it or refund us not both. Do better you guys are the worst. I worked for papa John's as a manager for 3 years in my younger years and am blown away on what passes and makes it out of this awful store.
Please please please don't ever order from this establishment they are the worst. Your food will come late and smashed and they won't have a solution for wasting 2.5 hours of your time cause it takes 3 deliveries to get 2 pizzas rite.
I will specifically go out of my way to tell people never to order from this location from now on. Let's see how far that "who cares about the customer" attitude makes it when you can't afford labor cause you have systematically ruined hundreds of peoples meals and told them to essentially get bent over your mistakes.
