We placed an order for a pizza and when we arrived to pick it up the order was wrong. We sat in their lobby and waited for the re-make without an apology offered and awkwardly hear the middle age female yelling at the employees that she didn’t know who made the pizza, but it was wrong. They give us the pizza and offer a 2-liter for our wait, which we decline. Once we get to the car we realize they forgot our dipping sauce and YET AGAIN made the pizza wrong. Rather than wait for a remake AGAIN we just got our dipping sauce and left. If you want pizza this isn’t the place, make the drive to a different Papa John’s or go somewhere else entirely.

Set up for delivery at 7pm ordering at 5:30. It showed up at 7:40. It was just under warm and tasted like it had been cooked an hour or two before. Ordered a thin crust Alfredo chicken pizza and it had almost zero sauce. It was so dry! The only spots that had a tiny bit of Alfredo was a tiny bit at the ends. Like they put a spoonful in the center of the dough and called it good. Garlic knots were good.
It's takeout or delivery only at this location, but the food here bomb! Especially the cinnamon pull apart.

Every time I’ve ordered from the store it’s on point, so today was no different. I arrived a little early and saw multiple people carrying many pizzas out (5-8), but what I didn’t expect was the one dude workhorse running the entire store by himself. I’ve seen some pretty crazy food service in my life, including working at a certain chaotic breakfast chain myself, but this one takes the cake. The fact that this dude got my order out on time as well as all these others with no help is honestly baffling. I didn’t catch his name, and I hope he gets credit for this, but the lone dude with the garlic butter pop socket needs a promotion to market trainer. Thank you my guy. 🤌🏻

The person who took my order was nice and the delivery lady was nice. But how do you mess a simple pizza up? I asked for one side with banana peppers and my pizza to be cut into squares. They barely put any cheese on the pizza as well. Good thing the bread gets you full or you and your family would still be hungry. Oan a ton of pizza sauce randomly placed on pizza. The pizza was not cut either. And I guess since I ordered banana peppers on half the pizza they decided that I deserved the tinys banana pepper on the side for the commentary. lmao 😂 what a joke

We recently ordered from this location for pickup and our pizzas weren’t made correctly however the manager Tyler is such a great guy that he was sure to remake them to perfection the way we wanted them. We will be sure to return back to this location, this location took responsibility and made things right for us and the pizza was tasty! Highly recommend this location!
