Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

2 people cooking, one person working the rest of the restaurant. Tables were dirty, no utensils, stale fortune cookies. Quality and quantity of food has dropped drastically. Ordered king pao chicken with brown rice, got white rice, the chicken was cold. Lettuce wraps were average at best. Why didn’t we send it back? Took forever to get our food. Door dash orders we’re going out the door while we waited. Asked for utensils when our food was delivered. Never happened. We got up and found plastic forks to use. Bottom line is, pay more and get less of everything….food, service, cleanliness. Probably won’t be back, too many other choices.

Last few ordered was wrong that we stayed away from Pei Wei for the last few months. Tried again today but the order was cooked wrong again. They only had a cook taking care of so many door dash orders . We didn't even bother to call to get our dinner fixed or complain. Ordered Pad Thai, asked the sauce to be on the side but the noodles were covered with the sauce and so soggy. Chicken with Broccoli were cooked plain with almost no taste .
We are done with Pei Wei forever!

Visited this location for dinner, and had a great experience. From beginning to end of our time, we received great customer service, good food and a clean atmosphere. It's difficult to find steady customer service anymore, so when we do, I share!

I used to love going to Peiwei to eat lunch or dinner. But it has changed since 2020 or ever since they stopped serving the Spicy Chicken Salad. They also stopped serving oranges and lemons, I use them for my iced orange tea. Yesterday April 23rd, 2025 I stopped for lunch. My food took so long for them to prepare although there were
not many customers. My order looked nice and presentable until you smell the almost spoiled rice. I eat rice three times a day, I know the smell of the almost spoiled rice. Be careful serving it to Asian people as we know our rice. The cashier was nice though, he came to apologize for the long wait of my food.

The wife and I both had the kung-pao chicken with fried rice. We threw them away after about 3 bites each and went somewhere else. The chicken is really poor quality.

I ordered the GF Chicken Pad Thai on DoorDash, and it was awful. The pad thai noodles were overcooked, the chicken was rubbery with gray marks on it. And, to top it off, the flavor was like a burnt skillet. I unfortunately threw away the meal because it made me nauseous. Pei Wei quality is not what it used to be.

$38 for chicken & broccoli with rice, sesame chicken with noddles and 2 springs rolls. Had a few bites & left. Food was BAD and tasteless. Needless to say, we won’t return.

We ordered 3 adult meals and a kids meal on Monday 10/14/24 at the Broken Arrow location. Plus lettuce wraps. Over 60 bucks and everything was bad. The lettuce wraps were iceberg lettuce? All chicken dishes were over salty tasting. Pei Wei used to be so good! Not sure what happened. And why are you charging extra for fried rice? This is fast food not Shogun. Overall very disappointing experience.
