If your after a super soggy sandwich, and cold cheese tots this is the place to go! Service was good for once, but the food was a total let down.

Normally this place is popping food always fantastic. BUT this time my sandwich was so unbelievably wet. The bread was mush and I couldn’t even eat it as a sandwich. I can’t even really tell what all the liquid is. Not happy with this visit. The entire staff is different from my last visit and it seems like no one knows what their doing.

We waited over 45 minutes for our food. When we asked for a refund on the food one of the waitresses wanted to argue and say she had been saying our name. We sat at the bar and heard every name called-ours was never called. They gave us the food they claimed was ours but when we opened it up, it was two orders of fries and a chiii cheese tots. Not our food we spent $30 on. Won’t recommend to friends visiting town.

The phat Philly's down town is better. There is no music. No enjoyable atmosphere. Food. Wasn't all that. . Didn't seem any different then eating at Burger King

Ate there tonight and it was horrible :/ and usually it's super good. Whoever made it loaded it with mushrooms like didn't even really have meat on it. I was super disappointed especially with it being a pregnancy craving! The Fry's and tater tots were good. Just whoever made the Philly's around 6pm 12/16 don't care about how it's supposed to be made.

Nice portions but sandwich had a spice that tasted Asian, or something. Not what I was expecting on a Philly. I'm also not too fond of the cheese sauce. I like Real cheese. I know a LOT of folks who like the fake tasting sauce, but I'm not one of them.

Always love coming to Phat Philly's.... The Philly Cheesesteak with cheese whiz, bell peppers, onions and jalapenos is my go-to along with y'alls awesome seasoned waffle fries and not to mention the fact that I love a good Pepsi which you do offer. Not a big Coke fan these days. Also must say y'all make good ranch that I insist on having 2 cups for whatever size sandwich I get. The young lady in the drive thru took my order right and all, but I still feel I was $1.00 overchanged which isn't the issue cause its only a dollar. But the fact that I saw another man employee stroke her hair and then put on gloves without washing them in front of the drive thru and front counter was rather repulsive. Needless to say my meal was good but didn't like seeing that.... as I was a manager at Arby's right around the corner LOL.The Elm location in Broken Arrow, at 8:00PM

The best Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches in Oklahoma. Their homemade Whiz (mixture of melted cheeses), was unexpectedly amazing; I would recommend adding provolone on top of the whiz sauce.

Broken Arrow location was very good. One of the best Philly Cheesestakes I've had.Interior of restaurant has a unique and special vibe and feel. Will definitely be back.

The philly with steak was good. The chicken philly was kinda lacking. The waffle fries were the best I’ve ever had. The ranch is amazingly good, too

awesome sammich!!! why am I just finding this place?!?!

I wasn't impressed, the meat was very dry & needed more flavor. My husband is from Philadelphia so I've had a lot of true philly cheese steaks, so this does make me a little more picky.

The waffle fries; especially the chili fries are always usually good. The Philly cheesesteak didn’t taste anything like a philly, more so a huge non seasoned sloppy joe with cheese. My visits are far in between as it is and always end up disappointed/unsatisfied. I just want to be able to leave a good review like all these others who patron and love this establishment. My taste buds just won’t allow it.

I have eaten here a handful of times including dine in, drive thru, and food courier services. Most of the time it is pretty good, though I have had a couple of disappointing experiences. The last couple of experiences were not up to par either due to hard/stale bread or virtually no cheese. I will give it another shot eventually. The person responding to the reviews does seem to have a good sense of humor and a want to resolve issues. The prices are pretty high I feel considering you can get equally good (or better) sandwiches for about $12-13 after tax, locally.
