After stumbling across a review on Facebook, I knew my husband and I had to check this place out. See, we recently stumbled across Vietnamese coffee this summer and my husband immediately ordered a phin so we could make them at home. The place is absolutely a total vibe. We each ordered an iced Phin milk coffee, a croffle with egg cream and I added a biscoff cookie warmed up. All of it was amazing and we devoured it all halfway before I realized I should have taken a picture....
This place deserves all the hype. The iced salted coffee was the best drink we ordered, though I also loved the Viet Milk Phin Coffee. I do think typical US coffee drinkers should note that Vietnamese coffee is made with Robusta beans while the vast majority of coffee consumed in the US is Arabica. Don’t let the subtle difference in taste throw you, instead try to enjoy it as something new!
Great coffee shop, but the bakery if why I’m writing this review. I absolutely loved the croffle, it’s something similar to what my parents made me growing up. Also the interior is very nice.
