First of all this is a carry out or delivery store front. The quality of food is sub par compared to other pizza hut restaurants. The pan pizza is now as flat as the original and its smaller despite the price increase. I ordered online and drove to pick it up and the cashier had the nerve to ask me for a tip, and got an attitude when I declined. Do not visit this location. I never will. Thats supposed to be 1 star I hit in between the stars and it came out 2.

Came in. They were a little busy. I believe it was Vanessa. Was the one who helped me She was super pleasant excellent customer service skills we talked for a little bit she's a good manger definitely a keeper if i still had my bussiness I would poach her for my team.

I always order from this one because it's less than a mile away. The owner/manager I don't know which is amazing. I placed a late night order and I guess doordash delivered at that hour. I call and he let me pick up. I tipped him because not only was he alone I still got my food and he could have told me no. The last 3 delivery's were trash. I always pay cash or add tip when you show up. Why? Because the last 3 drivers complain about working or complain they are short staffed and cuss up a storm. They were just very unprofessional. The last driver gave my husband attitude the moment she walked up. I'll continue to use the location because the store staff and food are great but the attitude of the drivers needs to change if they want to make money. Complaining about new hires, not wanting to be here, the short staffing because no one shows up is crazy.

Whoever took my order had little knowledge on the menu, promotions and needs to be trained better. I told her about a promotion price in the app and she told me she didn’t know why the price difference was $5 dollars. She didn’t ask for help and I ended up having to order online to get the right price. And when it was finally delivered, I was not offered any change and my 2 liter was missing.

Hadn't been to PH in years. The advertisement campaign about their New Yorker was in my mind for awhile. I drove past my regular place and took a chance here.
I didn't like the pie. Maybe it's me because they do get decent reviews. I thought the pie was a little greasy. The mozzarella was not, in my opinion, of first quality. There was no elasticity to the cheese and it appeared that it was too finely shredded. The texture felt clumpy in my mouth. The breading tasted like industrial white bread. The cupped pepperoni was tasty though.
I know this is a chain but I was disappointed in what I thought would be a representation of a Neopolitan pie. Born in NYC and spent most of my life eating New York pizza. It certainly doesn't make me an expert but this is Pizza Hut's more expensive offerings. It looked like a New York pie but didn't taste like it. Again, it may be just my taste and your mileage may vary.
i order a pizza and they whent to the wrong address then when it got here they never rang the doorbell or knocked and ik it wasnt me because my dog never ran to the door and when i called back they were saying they did and so i said i wanted a free one and they granted but thats just sad
