I always order from this one because it's less than a mile away. The owner/manager I don't know which is amazing. I placed a late night order and I guess doordash delivered at that hour. I call and he let me pick up. I tipped him because not only was he alone I still got my food and he could have told me no. The last 3 delivery's were trash. I always pay cash or add tip when you show up. Why? Because the last 3 drivers complain about working or complain they are...

Hadn't been to PH in years. The advertisement campaign about their New Yorker was in my mind for awhile. I drove past my regular place and took a chance here.
I didn't like the pie. Maybe it's me because they do get decent reviews. I thought the pie was a little greasy. The mozzarella was not, in my opinion, of first quality. There was no elasticity to the cheese and it appeared that it was too finely shredded. The texture felt clumpy in my mouth....
