Attempted to scam me for a second payment upon pickup. Handed me MY food and MY Receipt, and then tried telling me I needed to pay. Had him double check the name and he had it correct and still insisted I needed to pay. Showed him the online payment and after a few awkward moments and me telling him I’d walk away, not pay again, and do a charge back through the bank he miraculously found my order WAS paid for.

This Pizza Hut has great pizzas (hence the 2 stars). The reason it only gets 2 stars is because whoever owns it is cheap and refuses to follow the corporate deals and all of the other stores in town. $10 Large in South BA? LOL not at this one. $7 deal lovers menu breadsticks option? Nah, not here (but you can if you drive an extra 10-15 minutes). Even if they do have a deal on their app for once, sometimes they just turn off app orders completely or forget to make your food. If you manage to get food from here it is always hot, fresh, and delicious. But I am sick of them opting out of Pizza Hut coupons essentially or making it impossible to order. After trying to find a deal on their app for 20 minutes and none of them working (they do if I change locations!) I just decided to go pay the exact same amount as I would’ve without the deal to Papa John’s.

There is nothing good about ordering a chicken and pineapple pizza with garlic parmesan sauce and they don't put any sauce at all on your pizza. This was not worth the 49.03 dollars spent on the pizza. It was dry and cold.

Why can't Americans answer phones and take orders for local stuff? Why does all calls have to go through dominion republic ?
Pizza is always undercooked!!! Thin is crispy is pretty descriptive, why can't you get it fully cooked?

I cannot share an opinion on atmosphere, as I rarely go into the restaurant. However, I have waited 90+ minutes plus for delivery, and my order is almost never correct. Management informed me they could not compensate for cold pizza as it was my fault for ordering during a high volume time (I guess I should have called for approval?). They don’t care what I order and send what they want. Calling with concerns has been fruitless as well. No intention of returning anytime soon.

Super disappointed. I just ordered over an hour ago. It took over $65 out of my account and they said they never received our order. The guy that was working called his gm and she explained that our money would be added back to our account. She was very nice and said that it would be fine that they remade our order since it was almost 30 minutes til they closed. After we got off the phone with her the associate seemed very hesitant on making our meal and made it seem like it would be a very big deal. It was 2 pizza and 8 wings. So we took our business elsewhere. It’s very frustrating because I’ve always worked in the food industry and would always make things right for my customers. That is obviously not the case here and I will not be back.

This pizza hut has some of the best employees out there! This one is s for their employee Kelli though. I tried to order online and it processed through my card , but not the app. so my funds were put in pending, but my order didn't submit. I called to find out why and what I could do because I only had enough for the order and now it was in pending mode making it unavailable. Kelli took my order and bought my order herself! Such an amazing heart felt gesture! She really went above and beyond! Thank you so kindly!

So, the one star is mostly for the food. The people in the front were nice, service was fast...

But the pizza was really bland. It honestly tasted like the veggies on top weren't cooked at all. The crust didn't have a lot of taste either. Not sure how to describe a lack of something to this extent.

And the keyboard covers for the tills were distractingly gross. Those need to be cleaned or replaced. Anyone who touches those has filthy hands.

Order a pizza for delivery was told 35 minutes. Saw the delivery guy car at the front of the motel so waited at door for him . No one knocked nothing. Get a call back and was told they tried to deliver and no one answered the door. Told them there was no attempt or delivery guy went to wrong room! They said he was at my door knocking never heard a sound. They wind up canceling the order because they would not guaranteed it to be fresh and hot. The younger generation has no work Ethics. Need to teach them that knocking on a door hard doesn’t hurt!!!!
