Ordered a double pepperoni pan pizza and got not even a single order worth of pepperoni on a raw pizza with the most disgusting amount of cheese on it. Pizza was pulled out of the oven to save time, ingredients were not measured. Ever since children started making the food it's been like this at this location.

I’ve never had such a bad experience at a drive thru window.. I felt panhandled at the window by Juan. It was super uncomfortable and rude. It felt like a homeless person begging for change on the corner, super aggressive. If I’m using my time and my gas to pick up my order and you’re getting paid a livable wage (not 2.50 an hr) then I’m not gonna tip you when you have poor service and ask several times. Unless you go above and beyond handing my food through the drive thru window and Juan was not that. Luckily Holly was there with excellent customer service skills to help the situation. If you’re her boss or manager and you’re reading this then get her a raise or promotion she deserves it especially putting up with Juan’s incompetence. This one star review is solely due to Juan and NOT Holly, she was great. Juan not so much, get him away from the window and away from customers!

Seriously impressed. We had a not so great experience a few months ago, and almost stopped going to Pizza Hut. At that time gave us a “credit” that was minimal, and an attitude that made me want to choke someone come someone and never eat at Pizza Hut again. Today the manager Joslyn completely made up for it, and saved our future dealing with their brand….and with 3 teenagers we eat A LOT of pizza. Pizza Hut needs to reward Joslyn for saving the day, and thousands of $ in future business. Thank you Joslyn!
