I don't get it 20 to 30 managers come and go from this pizza hut since 1985. I make one simple request every time. And for the longest time they managed to fulfill that request. And here lately it like you're talking to a wall when you speak to them at the window. I simply request undercooked Pizza, I buy multiple when I come. It simply makes it edible after being refrigerated several days. Papa John's who's only a mile from my house, get it right 90% of the time. I simply prefer Pizza Hut sauce. But if you can't eat it, that's irrelevant. Not only was this order not! Undercooked, I would have considered it overcooked and sent it back anyway. So I'll patiently wait a couple months till they hire another manager, who hires teenagers the care.

My family and I don't normally eat out due to the amount of people we're feeding. However, tonight, we decided to order pizza. We ordered about $70 worth of food. I love french fries. For $5, I got a handful of fries. This is completely unacceptable. For the same price, I could've purchased a bag of potatoes and made my own and had way more. I didn't have high expectations as it is a chain fast food establishment. We will not be returning.

Pizza Hut uses Door Dash drivers for day time deliveries. The problem is when door dash delivers, they do not care. My last order was crushed and cold. The pizza boxes had been opened by the driver. I won’t be ordering from here again.

These delivery drivers are awful! They leave your order on the porch and take off! I called and they said they knocked and they didn't! Their excuse was they thought it was pre paid but t wasn't. The ticket said balance due not prepaid! They didn't knock and they left the order on the porch for the insects to get in it! This is the last time I'm ordering from this dump!???
Out of all the places to get pizza, Pizza Hut has my preferred crust! It's semi sweet and definitely savory!

As a vegan I treated myself to a thin crust pepperoni pizza. I haven't eaten Pizza Hut for ages and remembered how wonderful it was. Very disappointed. Too much sauce, very little cheese, and the pepperoni was all in little strips which made it difficult for the people that don't want it to take it off. The picture shows it with the circles and I don't even think the strips of pork was actually pepperoni. Maybe pork that was something cheaper. I don't know. Anyway that takes care of my good memories for Pizza Hut pizza forever.
