I don't get it 20 to 30 managers come and go from this pizza hut since 1985. I make one simple request every time. And for the longest time they managed to fulfill that request. And here lately it like you're talking to a wall when you speak to them at the window. I simply request undercooked Pizza, I buy multiple when I come. I've dealt with a nice woman named Doetta now twice and she is absolutely awesome. She's very sweet and patient (even when I had screaming kids in the background while trying to order) Tonight we had another lady named Jax, and Doetta. They both have great customer service and are were in good moods; which is worth so much. They are the type of people in the service industry that you like to have and also the people that garner a nice big tip for their level of customer...

They were super busy and slightly understaffed so the food took a little longer to get out than expected, but it was worth the wait. Even though they were very busy they were still extremely friendly and our food was hot and fresh when we received it. We love their pizza!
