Sat on hold for one hour and eight mins to talk to the GM about the food poisoning incident last Friday. Hung up and called back, the assistant manager stated he did not get any phone calls. I've eaten from multiple pizza hut some decent some not. This wasn't decent. Ordered 5 pizzas online & paid for them. Was somehow done in under 10 minutes. When I got there, it looked like they were old pizzas just reheated. Crust was rubbery and overall dry. Employee asked me who I was multiple times, then asked what my order was. Came out with five pizzas and asked how I'd like to pay for them i told Employee I had already paid for them.
