I love Pizza Hut because they have the best cheese. They have the best cheese sticks in town. & If you haven't tried the garlic buttery blend on your crust yet you're missing out

Today, I visited the newly designed Pizza Hut location on Kenosha in Broken Arrow, OK. I would like to inform the owner of this establishment the need for a 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend experience.After repeating my order three times, the staff still came out with the wrong pizza. After informing the front desk staff individual of the error, she offered to have a new one made momentarily. After an additional half hour wait, I went to check on the status of my order only to be informed that my re-do pizza was given away.

I usually order pick up which I haven't ever had any issues with. This is the second time I have ordered delivery and the second time they have not brought the marinara sauce. I called and the person who answered the phone asked me what I wanted him to do about it? I was disappointed because I can't wait for them to bring me some sauce due to the fact I now must leave for work. My order is sitting on the fridge now because it was also very cold and the garlic knots were hard with no garlic butter on them. I won't be ordering delivery from them anymore. Worst pizza I have ever had. To think I paid extra to not drive 2 miles for cold food.

Very underwhelming. They were barely busy yet it took 20 minutes for a Caesar salad with no chicken, and a chicken sandwich. Then we get home, no salad dressing or utensils. I then call, and am put on silent hold for over 5 minutes. All in all, is say it was a great experience. Get it together.
Whoever drives the suburban and delivers pizza should be fired. I watched this punk pull out of the neighborhood across from Neihuis Park right in front of the car in front of me this evening, then changed lanes illegally and then stopped in the middle of Lynn Ln because the car honked at him. If these are the kind of people you hire, you'll never have my business and I hope others avoid the place as well. He could have caused a wreck involving more than car.
