I went through drive through. The server was friendly. It was 1130am maybe to early . And my fries were not hot. The fried chicken was fresh and good

Went in to order food for family and most of the employees spoke no English and couldn't understand what I was trying to order. This is getting ridiculous!!!!

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes on my food during my 30 minute lunch break. All I ordered was chicken strips. Was told they were frozen and just got my money back. Went back to work on an empty stomach.

A lot of people don't talk about the good things anymore and I just had a gentleman take my order for my wife who was probably the nicest person in the entire world. Even asked her to try the frozen lemonade drink with three black and tenders. I was in a panic cuz I don't really eat at Popeyes but I didn't know what sauces were good and he added a couple extra sauces to the bag just to make sure that she had everything that she needed to make this the best possible meal for her. The little things like that going incredibly long way and I believe the gentleman's name there was Jeff and it was by far a fantastic experience. As far as you can call drive-thru experiences, I wanted to leave a five-star review because Popeyes at this location at least when leaving this review was a 3.8 and even if the food is subpar, the service here makes up for it entirely and I'm sure the food is going to be fantastic as well

Extremely disappointing; this location should not be in business. Usually, Popeyes is excellent, but this one was subpar—arguably the worst chicken I've ever had. It was worse than microwave dinosaur nuggets.

Although I could tell the person taking the drive through order was not focused, I had hopes for the order to be correct. I asked twice for blackened chicken with sweet and spicy sauce. Order received: no sauce for the fried chicken. If you are going to hire teenagers, please teach them how to do the job.

I’ve eaten here every Sunday after church for over a year now. They’ve maintained a high level of service even as demand has increased. I highly recommend the blackened tenders and mashed potatoes for a high protein low calorie treat.

Drive through really does take forever and they always tend to miss something on the order, usually a full meal is left out. This seems to be a consistent enough problem. Check your food and be prepared to have to wait and have them fix your orders.

Man this Popeyes is the worst. They always take forever to get your food out. The service is horrible and no one cares here
