Prep'd Tulsa - Healthy Prepared Meals Delivery

I order delivery from Prep’d almost every week. This is by far the best tasting and highest quality meal prep service I’ve tried. The customer service has been top notch as well. They help make my life easier and healthier, so I’m extremely grateful for this place.

I tried this location for the first time today and the food wasn’t bad. But the service was horrible. I asked about how it works and if I can order ahead for example and the guy working looked at me like he was annoyed. I want to support the business, but the owner/manager should encourage customer service.

After I left my review (above) I was contacted by Lauren who apologized about the service I received and assured me of the seriousness of the situation. Even though I had a bad experience I told her I had come back that same day for dinner and met a wonderful associate who was much more customer focused and helpful. As someone who strongly believes in supporting local business, I am so happy Lauren took the steps to make this right. So long story short, I’ll be back to Pre’d Tulsa to pick up some meals very soon because they are fire!

The owner’s a flop, don’t buy from here. Food not even good. Could use much better management.

I went in to get some meals, to try. I don't recommend. The mashed sweet potatoes aren't peeled, the chicken is not fresh, you can tell they get it pre-cooked and frozen. There is NOTHING fresh about their meals!

Been going on Saturdays and love their selection and freshness of the food! Also tasty.

This is by far the best salmon I’ve ever had. Everything is absolutely amazing. I’m not even kidding. My family and I love this place. It’s incredible the flavor.

Dont call the number. Extremely unhelpful. Just go to the website and if that doesn’t answer your 2 questions just use a different service.

I absolutely love your meals! Every time I visit my son in Tulsa I pick up meals from you! My son has lost 123 pounds, eating your amazing meals along with a personal trainer! Blessings from Colorado Mom!

This place is great. I usually do my own meal prep, but I’ve been lazy a few times and gone by here and picked up my meals for the week. I usually end up spending $10-$12 per meal(I always get the large ones). I don’t really pay attention to macros so I can’t speak to that, but I can speak to the meals being pretty delicious! I think sometimes I skip prepping because what I get here is better than what I prep at home.

If you guys haven't checked us out you should!! The food is amazing and if you are truly into being the best version of yourself this is the place to start with! Also online ordering will be best for those that like to customize or rather have delivery!
