This location is truly outstanding and always does an amazing job with food quality and consistency, friendly and fast customer service, and a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Shoutouts to April and Brandon for being exceptional employees. April has been very kind and knowledgeable and Brandon is hard-working and very personable and keeps people laughing. Great work Cane's!

Great crispy chicken without being burnt or dry, no overpowering. Good distinct sauce. Fries were standard crinkle cut fries but the coleslaw was decent and a good side. Texas toast was good and well toasted perfect thing to top off the meal. Saturday afternoon the place was very busy. Only thing I had trouble with was the volume of thier music just a little too loud with the bustle for me to understand the conversation, but I am a bit hard of hearing.

Customer service at this location is horrible. Very rude. Food was cold and sweet tea is not sweet at all! When I called in they hung up on me
Food is fresh. Staff is friendly and it's clean everytime we pop in after working late.
Kid-friendliness: Seems kid and family friendly.

Went to Cane‘s around 10:40 ordered two box combos and two extra pieces of chicken on the side. We take our order drive home without checking assuming it’s right plus we’re tired. We get home and there’s only one box and one small box with the two fingers so we drive 15 minutes back to Cane’s and the nice kid at the register. Not sure his name but very nicely apologize and helped get our order fixed. He told us that this was the third occurrence today he tried to get the attention of his manager Madi and she ignored him three times very clearly . Finally, my husband wanted to speak to her, not only because of our messed up order which the kind kid at the register helped fix on his own, but to mention how disrespectful it is to ignore a new employee who’s only been here for a month and have him handle a wrong order situation when there’s no one in the lobby and three cars in the drive. so my husband who works in corporate, watching this go down and the manager, Madi ignoring her new younger employee more than once was not a good representation of the company and she should be spoken to by corporate or the store manager. 2/13

Not a good veggie spot obviously. But they stick to what they know and the sauce is fire. Plus Texas toast and fries aren't bad!
My grandkids love this place! Sure what just doesn't want chicken tenders but this is their favorite. They even want to get the cup of sauce to bring home.

BA has plenty of places with chicken strips, but Cane's has the best strips. Service is very quick, I think 5 minutes might be average, you barely get a drink and sit down before they call your name. The place is always clean and tidy. A BA favorite for me.

Thank you Samantha at corporate for making it right by apologizing and sending us gift cards
Absolutely terrible stale soggy food. Texas toast wasn’t even toasted, lettuce was rotten. Dillion refused to replace or refund, he refused to give us corporate info, he also said a manager made our food but refused to us the managers name.

I went during a rush and got my food after waiting for about 20-30 minutes in the drive thru. They hand me the food and I drive off. After about five seconds it starts to smell like something is burnt. Assuming they burnt something and we’re just smelling that we go home. I start with the bread (it was amazing) and after me and my sister both have inhaled 45% of the meal like a vacuum cleaner at a car wash I take a big bite of my chicken strip coverd in cane Sauce almost instantly I start to gag and run to the kitchen faster then lightning McQueen it’s the worst thing I’ve tasted. I chug enough water to fill a bath tub and get my sister and we go back to the with the food windows down food outside the car we get to the restaurant and I run inside of the store with my food as far away from my body as my arm will reach. I told a manger and was given a new meal in under ten minutes however my car still reeks of chicken that was burnt resurrected and burnt again but amazing customer service and good food the second time 😀👍
