Red Robin has been my family's favorite for years and in the past few years we have noticed a slow decline in service at the restaurant. We recently went on 12/3/25, were seated in the bar area right as we arrived. We waited 20 minutes for our server to take our drink order, she came back to take our food order 10 minutes after that and we told her we would like our drinks first. We waited another 15 minutes and noticed she was also the bartender and was preparing drinks for other tables behind us but we still didn't have our drinks. We were there for 45 minutes with no drinks and ultimately left the restaurant. We went to another local restaurant and were seated and had our drinks within 7 minutes of us being seated. Red Robin needs to improve the dine in service, we will not be back.

I always love going to red Robin. The food is always good and service is wonderful. The only complaint I have is that The ladies room needs attention as there is several things that need to be repaired

Update: Last review was 7 years ago. Things have only gotten better! Better appetizers, more selection of burgers. People working here are great. They bring food out fast and keep checking to see if you need anything. One thing I really appreciate is other workers will check on you even if they are not your server.

A really great place to grab a burger in a good atmosphere. Employees are always very helpful and earn their tips!

We went in on veterans day for a free burger and fries. It was a true delight as everything was cooked perfectly and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Worth stopping in if you're in the area.

We had a great dinner here. We always love the bottomless steak fries with yummy dipping sauces!! No need to order appetizers, in my opinion. We ordered a couple of burgers, the rib plate, the Avo Cobb-O salad, and the hot honey chicken sandwich. Every single plate was hot and fresh and delicious. There are soooo many incredible looking soda and ice cream drinks on the menu, as well. We wanted to try them all, but they really are more like a dessert in themselves, and we were in a hurry to make it to a concert (and for that reason, we REALLY appreciated being able to pay quickly at the kiosk, box up the rest of our food, and get on the road)

Our waitress was great!!! I wish I could remember her name!!

Was not impressed food was bland service was not good. Waitress seemed to be in a bigger hurry than necessary.I was not even sure what I was getting. Thankfully it was a plain hamburger. Not what I wanted .

I've been coming here for years and always looked forward to that one free burger on my birthday, but this year my reward that came up was a milkshake. I eat at or order out from Red Robin frequently, so I was rather disappointed, and stated so in my previous review. Red Robin did correct this I am pleased to say. I don't know if it was an error or if mine got mixed with my sons' birthday. I am now looking forward to a return trip to enjoy a burger(it's just nicer when the kids are at school).

Party of 6. Right at lunch time on a Sunday. We were seated right away. Service was quick with hot food.

Booth seats were all broken down and cracked.

I went it today for my first time and food was great but when I payed I was charged 34 dollars on my check when it should’ve been 27 lol won’t come back !
