We haven’t been to red robins in about 10 years and thought we’d give it a try. It reminds me of shake & Steak except for the price. The restaurant is clean. It’s nice inside and it’s pretty calm, and well lit. Waitress was excellent food delicious except for a little bit too much mustard. Two burgers, 2fries, one tea and a chocolate shake.

Normally have a pretty good experience at Red Robin but this last time the food was off for some reason. The sweet potato fries didn't taste right and my burger wasn't much better than something I could have got at a fast-food chain. Service and atmosphere were great, so not a bad night out overall.

Great service via the waitresses/bartenders. Great food. Terrible management. I got the privilege of listening to one of the younger female managers treating a few employees like scum under her feet. Melinda or Miranda or something close to that. Started with an ‘M’. I was confused because the server was doing a great job. She doesn’t need to be in the hospitality business that’s for sure. Anyway. Barring her behavior the food is good. Just wish employees were treated with respect and kindness.

We were not really greeted at the door. The host just sort of pointed to a booth in the bar area. We sat for about ten minutes with no acknowledge from staff. I have been to this location several times in the past and always had a good experience until today.

Went there tonight at 5:00, they weren't busy. I was there for 10 minutes, and I didn't even get asked what i'd like to drink. We weren't seated, just pointed in the general direction. We walked out and went to 50s diner, which is much more worth your time and money.

Our server was really nice & cracked a few jokes with us. The food was hot and came to our table pretty quickly. A good way to get out of the rain

Went in sat down and waited ten minutes with my two sons and we never once had anyone come to our table to take drinks or even check on us. Left and went to

Sadly, we just had to walk out without ever even having someone come to our table after 10 minutes .
