Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went to pick up some food it took a little bit longer than usual but they gave me some French fries for the wait, little did they know my toddler loves them. Love this place and my burger was so good

… Never in my life have I ever had worse service than this Broken Arrow Red Robin location!!! My son and I waited for 15 minutes for a very inattentive waitress, who never took our order, come out with burgers we had suggested we may have but didn’t order… Never took appetizer orders & proceeded to tell us that the special burgers on Tuesday night are pre-cooked, therefore not allowing us a choice and how we want them. My son is allergic to cheese and both burgers or cheeseburgers… He hates tomatoes, the burger came with a tomato… All could’ve been remedied if the waitress would have asked us what we wanted instead of placing the order for us and making the decision for us! The waitress was rude, distracted, disorganized, and so unprofessional. Chances of us ever eating or recommending red Robin again… Is zero,

Good food, staff was polite, not a lot of people and had us in our own little area which was nice
Fiance is gluten free and they were super accommodating, asked if it was allergy or preference and made sure it was GF for us
