I ordered 4 meals online and when I went home I realized I was missing my sides so not only did I have to drive back 15 minutes I also didn’t get a refund and when I went my home my food was cold and nasty terrible service please fix it

I ordered a super spud with brisket and added hot link. Spent a little over $19 and not only was the potato semi hard from being undercooked but I had 2 forkfuls of brisket. A very minimal amount of meat. And the potato was very sloppily put together. I'm so very disappointed.

The manager was handling money and stuff and I could see I. The kitchen filling up people’s chip baskets with hands not washed either! Gross! Out of chicken, just not very clean inside either!
Food , service was great. However, the odor from the carpet and definitely the seat cushion odor ruins the atmosphere.

Yesterday my husband and I ordered food online. It was our favorite rib place to eat 😔 but there were no ribs ???? The food came more than my order of fries only ugly pieces and onion rings all stuck together and half a potato ?? Terrible disappointment, something like this has never happened to me before.

Loaded baked potato with burnt ends. Probably more than one order of burnt ends because they serve them until they run out and I got the last served. I have never had burnt ends as a meal before. The baked potato could have been softer. Burnt ends were RICH and I could not eat more than 1/2 serving of both tater and beef. Ate the rest the next day after rewarding in microwave. I wish I could have picked my own burnt ends sauce because the next day I preferred the spicier sauce.

We had a terrible experience with a waiter named Cade. He brought out food after we had been waiting for 20-25 minutes and said there was a huge table in front of us but never bothered to let us know. That's why we flagged him down to inquire. He never brought our check. We waited a long time and tried to get another waiter to flag him down. We finally went to the front to pay and he came running with the machine but never gave us a ticket. He just took our card and scanned it, staring at us as we filled it out. We had a wonderful experience at this same place the week before. I guess it's the luck of the draw on whom your waiter is whether it's a good visit or not.
