I have enjoyed eating at Rib Crib for many years with family and friends. As a vegan, I always enjoyed a baked potato and vegetable, while friends ordered their favorite BBQ. The last visit I was charged $14 for a small baked potato with nothing on it and nothing came with it!! Outrageous!!! I was not informed of this in advance. I was told it is some new policy by corporate.

The spud max no longer exist on their menu. According to door dash the only spud available is the santa fe spud. If trying to change it to the spud max it cost almost $5 more. Rib crib sure went to garbage

Ordering online was fine, but there should be an option to tell the store when you've arrived and what number you are parked at. When I called the store number, the person left me on hold and forgot about me. After 5 minutes holding, I walked in to find they weren't busy at all and had my food beginning to get cold.

They are always running out of meat, tonight they were out of brisket.how do you run out of brisket at a barbecue restaurant...next time they should leave a big note on front door, sorry no brisket.
