Ordering online was fine, but there should be an option to tell the store when you've arrived and what number you are parked at. When I called the store number, the person left me on hold and forgot about me. After 5 minutes holding, I walked in to find they weren't busy at all and had my food beginning to get cold.

The manager was handling money and stuff and I could see I. The kitchen filling up people’s chip baskets with hands not washed either! Gross!
Out of chicken, just not very clean inside either!

Loaded baked potato with burnt ends. Probably more than one order of burnt ends because they serve them until they run out and I got the last served. I have never had burnt ends as a meal before. The baked potato could have been softer. Burnt ends were RICH and I could not eat more than 1/2 serving of both tater and beef. Ate the rest the next day after rewarding in microwave. I wish I could have picked my own burnt ends sauce because the next day I preferred the spicier...
