I came in for a pickup order and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped! Jaden got my order for me and even got me a soda to go! So kind and thoughtful. Great service every time I’ve been there! 10/10 Jaden deserves a raise and acknowledgment on how awesome his customer service is. (Coming from someone in Customer service I can definitely homie was rocking it)

The restaurant itself if beautiful. Our waitress was kind, but the service was slow. 3 of the 4 of us got our food except for our youngest who got the kids pizza. His food came out 7 minutes after everyone else, talk about awkward, sitting there debating letting our food get cold while we waited on his meal or eating in front of him. The food was way over priced for what we got. My wife and I got the Spicy Chicken Penne and it wasn’t spicy at all. It was very bland. I dumped parmesan, red pepper and salt on it to give it any flavor. The Garlic Knots are worth maybe $4.99, but they charged $12 for 5 underwhelming knots. The portions, the flavors, none of it was worth the price. If you order wine, expect to get exactly the 5oz serving size and they charged the same price per glass for the house wines as they did for everything else. The entire experience was not worth the price.

INCREDIBLE food. Their bread is homemade and to die for. The new sandwich menu is top tier.

The New York Village pizza was delicious with a perfect crust, at least for my taste. The appetizer bread and oil were great as well. My girlfriend has the fettuccine alfredo and enjoyed that as well.

Anthony was very kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

I had a very underwhelming experience at Russo's last night. My wife and I walked in around 6:30pm. We were seated right away and after our drink order was taken we were brought medium Styrofoam cups. We were told we would be brought real glasses once some were clean, but that never happened. We were brought a dish of olive oil to dip our bread in, but were never brought any bread because it was "in the oven." I ordered the Lasagna and my wife order the Chicken Parmesan. The food was ok... not great. But definitely not worth the $20 a plate we were charged. Especially considering the portion size of the lasagna. Halfway through finishing our dinner, someone realized we still never got bread and brought us some bruschetta type bread instead because their regular bread was still "in the oven." It was also not great. It should be noted the entire time we were in the restaurant, not once did anyone offer to refill our drinks. When we finally got the check, our server left to bring back change. I watched her. She dropped off the check by the register where two other employees were engrossed in conversation. Our server grabbed a pitcher of water and refilled the drinks of the table next to us, went back behind the counter, poured herself glass of water and took a drink, then waited around for another minute or two before she asked the two young ladies having a conversation in front of the cash register to move so she could bring me my change. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in a long time. I will not be back, and I will not recommend Russo's to anyone I know. Also, your food is way overpriced for the mediocre quality. Maybe the pizza is good. I wouldn't know and have no plans to unlock that particular mystery as walking back into that place of business would be a waste of another yet another evening.

Russo's is in a class all on its own. The food is amazing, the service is beyond incredible, everyone is so welcoming. The atmosphere is a little loud, but the building is beautiful. The food is not overly rich, the portions are just right. The desserts are huge, and we were even offered a free dessert because this was our first visit. We will 100% go back to Russo's mainly because of Anthony our waiter and Manager of the establishment. Anthony is hands down one of the most personable individuals we have met. He paid attention to not just our needs but everyone in the building. Anthony makes Russo's better.

The server needed to smile 😊 we had a party of 13 and they TRIED to set us down separately. I said no it's for a birthday party. Some of the food was good some "chicken" was burnt. The server didn't know how to discount the ticket. We also had to keep requesting refills.
