There will never be enough words to describe how great the service was from Anthony. Very professional and outstanding service! He went way beyond what we expected and we appreciated it so very much! He worked very hard to get our food, was knowledgeable about dishes and desserts, got our drinks in a timely matter. His personality was so down to earth. I went to Russo’s because it was the day before Thanksgiving, and it was only 3:30 in the afternoon. I figured they wouldn’t be that busy. That was correct. I had requested it be ready at a specific time when I got to the restaurant there was absolutely nobody in there and their waiters and waitresses were running around. Just trying to prepare the restaurant for what they felt was going to be a busy evening. when I asked for my order, they looked at me stunned and said oh it’s being worked on. About five or 10 minutes later someone comes back and says oh I’m sorry we haven’t even started your order yet. Mind you the cook or whatever was on a personal phone call on a company phone line while I’m standing there and my pizza not ready. While it may sound petty and crazy, I’m very frustrated because the quality of the pizza was terrible. the girl behind the counter just seems very confused and not sure what to do about the situation so they offered me a free dessert which I declined because if I wanted a dessert I would have requested it. I am more frustrated at the fact that I had to wait an additional half hour for my pizza when it should’ve been ready when I got there. I did not want to be in the way when they were having an extremely busy evening. So needless to say they’ve lost my business since the last time I went there pizza wasn’t the great quality that it was the very first time I went, and their clam chowder was terrible the last time as well because I had gotten it one time before and it was fantastic but once again, the quality has gone down and I feel that the restaurant just doesn’t care. They won’t be lasting too long here in broken arrow if they continue on this path. .

We were in town visiting family in the Tulsa / Broken Arrow area and were looking for an Italian restaurant to try out and came across this wonderful little place. If you love Italian food as much as our family does, I highly recommend this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted immediately by the hostess. The interior of the restaurant is very nice and the atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. There are plenty of places to sit comfortably with either a large family or just a couple. The bar was well stocked with plenty of choices. Our waiter was awesome. He took the time to explain the menu and was able to answer all our questions about the menu items. There is plenty to choose from. They have pizza,pasta, soup, and salads, just to name a few item's. We opted for 2 different style pizzas , the bread before the meal was wonderful also. The order came out hot and fresh. The ingredients were great, and the pizza was delicious. The entire dining experience was great, and we will definitely be back whenever we are in town again and plan on trying the pasta dishes , which all looked good. Overall, from the kitchen staff to the manager on duty, we received 5 star service and felt like family.

When we were sat the waitress came over with the complimentary bread/ olive oil.....pouring it out on my wife's purse, when she realized it she just stood there and watched my wife wipe the mess off her purse, then find out it went in the purse and all over her phone.... hurried to take our order, brought food out and still never apologized. I paid my bill and left, other patrons saw the whole thing happen, her co workers saw or heard her talking about it. When we got home I called and spoke with the "manager/chef" frank, he half heartedly apologized and said the GM was out with covid....we won't be back.

I've been here twice. The first time right after opening. The second year's later. My given that the ownership has changed and al staff I gave it another go.Overall the staff was friendly and fair knowledgeable regarding their menu. Made good recommendations.For was pretty good. One of my kids split a large pizza with me another ate the chicken Alfredo. It was really good.Waitress was excellent. Cole checked in on us frequently and my drink did not go empty. Which is one of the things I consider come tip time.

My wife ordered the eggplant parmesan and it was totally not edible. I ordered the new York supreme pizza and it was basically a vegetable pizza with a few pepperoni scattered around...you would need a magnifying glass to find any other meet that was supposed to be on it. $58 for my wife and I with water to drink...totally disappointed in the quality of the food...we will not be back and I will spread the word to everyone I know on social media
